Ms. Ye at the front desk also provided exceptional service. The security guards at the main entrance were also very well-dressed, and the hotel's dining environment was excellent. "The hotel isn't far from Longnan East Station by taxi. The front desk upgraded our room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower were separate, and there was also a walk-in closet and a chaise lounge sofa. The hotel is also close to Longnan Ancient City Wall and Huangdaosheng Arcade Old Street. It's very convenient to get to Guanxi New Enclosure and the World Hakka Folk Culture City. The hotel offers free laundry service, but no dryer. The staff was lovely; they picked up our clothes, washed them, and even hung them to dry, which was very responsible of them. The front desk staff had a good attitude. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. For extended stays, they even give you a small yogurt and a mini cake. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. I have been traveling by car for four or five years and I am lucky to have met this place. The boss was warm and considerate in service and introduced the nearby tourist attractions to me in detail. I happened to meet the boss's family banquet when I came back from dinner, and I couldn't refuse to add more food. Several dishes looked and tasted good, especially the wild mushrooms and houttuynia cordata that were just picked that afternoon. The homemade fruit wine was also very mellow, and I couldn't help but drink a few more sips. There is a barbecue grill in the yard, and friends who are keen on it are blessed. I hope to continue our relationship next time I come to Gannan."

"This stay in the superior king room exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, the bedding felt incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The room had excellent natural light; even with the curtains drawn during the day, it provided ample shade, preventing me from being woken by direct sunlight. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hot water arrived quickly with good pressure. Check-in at the front desk was prompt and the staff were very friendly; they responded promptly to any questions. 非常驚喜的酒店，在旅途當中臨時定下來的，當天到達的時候是晚上7-8點，途中有段小路沒有路燈，這段路開的有點坎坷，但到達目的地的時候，有種柳暗花明又一村的驚喜感，燈光和門牌的設計，温馨舒適，很有情調～酒店房間比較少，我們三個人包掉了二樓一層，對於帶寵物的家長來説非常有安全感！！房間也整潔乾淨，整體設施都是小米產品，操作簡單快捷，毛巾和一次性用品也給人一種用心準備的舒適感！樓下還有茶室，可惜着急趕路也沒有細細感受，老闆的現做早餐也很美味，量也正好～走時老闆還贈送了小禮品～非常愉快的一次入住！下次經過龍南還會再來～

Guest UserDuring the National Day holiday, we visited Longnan, Ganzhou. We stayed in a Family Duplex Room A, perfect for a family outing. The two 1.8-inch beds were very comfortable. The housekeeper prepared welcome fruit in the room, and the mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and Sprite. They also provided makeup remover wipes, disinfectant wipes, cooling patches, and a wet face washcloth. Children's toiletries were also provided, all of excellent quality. The room had a children's hot spring pool for splashing around. There was also an outdoor pool, which was pretty much reserved for half the day. After checking out, the hotel thoughtfully arranged another room for the children to shower.
The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, offering beautiful views and a quiet, secluded setting. Standing on the balcony early in the morning, gazing out at the mountain mist was a relaxing experience.
The hotel's meals were excellent, and the breakfast was excellent, with refills available.
The children also enjoyed DIY activities, such as canvas bag painting and fan painting.
The hotel was not crowded during the National Day holiday, and the children had a great time playing chess and cards. Highly recommended.

The room is ok, the facilities are relatively old, but not disgusted, the wifi signal is strong enough, the bath water pressure is enough, the bed is soft, depending on personal preference. The towel is disposable, not bad. The downside is poor sound insulation. There is no hand sanitizer, there is a small piece of soap. Shower gel shampoo is a small bottle. You can find breakfast shops, dinner shops, bread shops, fruit shops around. Check in the ancient city wall and Zodiac Pedestrian Street are not far away, about 1 km. It is convenient to take a taxi downstairs or take a local tricycle.
