"I can't praise Qiao Hongli and the family enough for their welcome and support. The lady of the house walked me to the West Gate entrance to the Rainbow Mountains. The hotel then organised tickets to 2 night shows and the Binggou Danxia. Perhaps the highlight was a tour of the Extraterrestrial Canyon, which Hongli took me on. He took concern for my aged knees! The many kindnesses which Hongli and his family showed to me made it a wonderful 3 day trip. Xiexie."

As it's not a new hotel, they aren't brand new, but they are clean and tidy. The breakfast menu is extensive, including both Chinese and Western options. Booking through Ctrip also includes a simple afternoon tea👍 The hotel's service is particularly noteworthy. Everyone greeted us politely and answered any questions patiently and kindly, delivering the standard of five-star service👍 The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. We booked three rooms and had a minor check-in hiccup. The two beautiful receptionists (I forgot their names, but they said check-in time was the afternoon of the 26th) were patient and proactive throughout the entire process, thoughtfully reminding us of various perks and benefits, and dispelling any sense of unfamiliarity. Manager Cui at the front desk also reviewed our stay and was cordial throughout.👍 The doorman also provided five-star service, immediately directing us to parking and proactively helping with our luggage.👍 The hotel also has a night market, making it convenient for visitors to relax.👍
