"This was my first stay at the Wyndham, and the guest service was excellent. The hotel staff consistently did their best, and the front desk and concierge were both very helpful. The hotel facilities are relatively weak, but it's fine for guests primarily focused on sightseeing. Parking is convenient, and it's easy to get to the Jiande Museum across the street. However, those with high expectations for hotel facilities will be disappointed; it's quite different from hotels like IHG and Marriott."

"The most notable feature is that it's a guesthouse converted from a former temple dedicated to the God of Wealth, located right in the heart of the ancient city, about 200 meters from attractions like the city wall, Xin'an River Greenway, and Xiaoxi Lake. Opposite the hotel is the Yanzhou Ancient City Exhibition Hall, connected to a postal exhibition; the space isn't large, but it's quite well-designed. The room facilities are relatively new, but the windows are small, resulting in slightly poor lighting. Although the bustling Yanzhou Ancient City is right outside, the room is relatively quiet and not noisy. During the Spring Festival, the hotel doesn't provide breakfast; you can only eat steamed buns nearby, and milk has to be purchased from another guesthouse. The biggest problem is that traffic control measures are in place on some sections of the ancient city during the Spring Festival, making it difficult to get a taxi. Because of this, I almost missed visiting Qili Yangfan on my second day."

"The first time I came to Jiande, I was attracted by the Xin'an River scenery here, which was very charming. I chose Radisson Hotel ranking and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and sent a small New Year gift to the children. The hotel is also very warm and provides water. "My experience was really bad. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM on the 2nd, and was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait. They didn't call me until after 3 PM to say I could check in. Throughout this, there was no mention of compensation for the delay beyond the standard check-in time. Only after I threatened to complain to Trip.com did the hotel offer an upgrade to an executive twin room. In the room, there was hair on the headboard and pillows, and the shower leaked, flooding under the sink and into the bathroom. All the towels in the room were wet and couldn't even dry anything, so I had to call the front desk for someone to mop it up. I later found out the shower curb was higher on the inside and lower on the outside, causing the water to flow out – something the hotel admitted was an engineering issue. The next day, I spoke to the front desk, and they offered to change my room. However, the new room had noticeable stains in the sink that hadn't been cleaned, a strange smell in the bathroom, and no lotion provided. Staying at this hotel felt like opening a blind box, never knowing what extra or missing items you'd get. The staff were genuinely nice and apologized immediately when issues arose, but new problems just kept popping up. It really doesn't feel like an international brand hotel."

"The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Yanzhou, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it at most.
It is nice to take a walk along the river after dinner, and you can also watch performances in the ancient city.
Facilities: I booked a parent-child LOFT room. There is a 1.8M large bed on each floor, two bathrooms, and a small tent and toys for children upstairs, which is also very considerate.
The overall feeling is that the room is relatively large, which is just right for our family of three. There are chairs and tables outside the room, which is very friendly to men who smoke.
Breakfast is on the M floor (B1 floor), and the category is not particularly rich. It would be more perfect if there were more varieties. At the same time, there is a swimming pool and a small playground for children to play on this floor, as well as a children's reading area. At the same time, the hotel also provided us with a welcome meal, which can be used for dinner or lunch during the stay.

"The hotel has a great location, right next to the ancient city, only a seven or eight-minute walk away. The hotel is very clean and tidy; you need a card to access the elevator, which is very safe. The staff are extremely polite and proactively added me on WeChat to discuss various matters. They even gave me a small tea set as a parting gift and a protective sleeve for my ID card – a thoughtful touch. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is excellent for the New Year, even with a slight price increase; they truly are a conscientious business."

"While on our way to Wuyuan, we chose to stay at the Wenlan Hotel Jiande Hangzhou (Xin'anjiang Branch) for two nights during our stopover in Jiande, Hangzhou. We were extremely satisfied and considered it an excellent value. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our city view room to a river view room for free. Standing on the balcony, the panoramic view of the Xin'an River was breathtaking and truly refreshing. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, proactively offering guidance on local attractions and dining. Each day, they even thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and beverages. The room was clean and bright, with new equipment and fast internet. What was even more touching was that from the lobby to the guest rooms, every employee greeted us with a smile and was eager to assist. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, all of excellent quality. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high. This is truly a hidden gem among quality hotels; their diligent, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service, combined with their standard operations, truly speaks for itself – they don't need praise, just satisfied guests. "Traveling with family, I booked one standard room and one king room, on different floors. Both were originally balcony rooms, but the front desk said they upgraded us. However, the standard room was changed to one without a balcony, only adding a bathtub, and it was still on a different floor. I felt it wasn't worth the change. The king room with a balcony had a great view, where you could see the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Our butler, Zhang, was also very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!"

KKhuan ChoongA very good homestay away from the crowds yet near to railway station. .Rooms very spacious and with excellent pillows for a sound sleep. The homestay owners are really great. The husband took us to a place for breakfast . The wife is so kind and accommodating, considerate. After seeing our empty water bottles , she put extra bottles in the room. After our trip she would put the Aircon and lights on before we are back. Fruits and coffee available at the 3rd floor. What more can we say. If I can give marks for this homestay we will give more than the actual marks as they have done beyond our expectations. I will give 20/10 . Great and unforgetable stay indeed. I will surely recommend my friends to come and stay here for an unforgetable experience

XXiaolantongxueEnvironment: The B&B is located in Sanyu Village, offering a tranquil setting with picturesque views of the lake and mountains. The location is also excellent. Parking is possible at the intersection, and the owner will pick you up by shuttle bus. It's not too far, just a 200-meter walk.
Cleanliness: The owner was very attentive, cleaning and filling the pool the night before. The interior is also thoughtfully decorated, showing a deep sense of care. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Service: Before arrival, the owner provided helpful reminders about the location, including tips and directions. He also offered some recommended restaurants. We also thank the staff who prepared breakfast for us in the morning; it was delicious and truly wonderful.
I'll definitely come back next time I have the chance. Stargazing at night is truly relaxing.

Very close to the ancient city wall of Jiande, the experience of the tree house is very fresh, the floor is covered with tatami, and it is very comfortable to watch TV at night. GGuest UserA friend recommended this B&B and said it was very good. My kids were about to start school, so I brought them here to play. After we booked the room, the B&B kindly sent us a detailed check-in guide, a guide to the surrounding areas, and local food recommendations. Because we were traveling with kids, they were also very considerate and provided us with slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. When we encountered any problems, the messages were replied immediately. In the evening, we went to the barbecue restaurant recommended by the B&B for a midnight snack. There were many dishes. It was very pleasant to eat barbecue with my family by the river while enjoying the evening breeze. The next morning, I woke up and opened the curtains. The unbeatable river view was right in front of me, and my mood instantly brightened. The B&B also has bicycles to ride. After breakfast in the morning, I took a stroll around the river. I felt refreshed. Before leaving, the store manager gave us souvenirs and a lacquer fan-making experience. The kids had a lot of fun. I will definitely come again next time!

The hotels has 2 restaurants and neither of them serves food all day. There is no restaurant nearby. So if you arrive hungry then you stay hungry. The TV in the room has terrible sound, as If TV speakers are removed on purpose. The rooms don't have sound insulation may be that's why TV's speakers have been removed.

GGuest UserThe hotel is built by the river, with an unbeatable river view. The parking lot is on the third floor with charging stations. The service staff escorted us to the elevator entrance. The scenic elevator goes directly to the lobby on the eighth floor, surrounded by water and light, like entering a fairyland. The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room, which was very warm. The room is clean, the decoration is quite new, the water quality is particularly good, everything is so beautiful.

NNanfengyouyueThis stay was absolutely fantastic, especially for families traveling with 5-6 year olds.
Room: The family room design is incredibly thoughtful, with a playful yet stylish decor. The 'Lingwa' (Spirit Frog) easter eggs everywhere are a brilliant touch – even the bathroom signs are adorable frog shapes. The attention to detail is superb; my child was thrilled hunting for frogs as soon as we entered, and instantly fell in love with the place. The room itself was clean, bright, and well-ventilated with no strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay.
Service: The hotel features an AI smart butler called 'Magic Lamp,' which responds quickly and saves the hassle of traditional phone calls to staff. It offers a great tech-savvy experience. The shuttle service within the resort is on-call and very prompt, and the drivers are considerate, making it very convenient for families with kids.
Facilities: The kids' club boasts a wide range of new and exciting facilities, keeping children highly engaged. There are different activities scheduled every day, so boredom is never an issue. The integration of the Lingwa IP is also very clever, enhancing the immersive experience for kids as they play.
Dining: The Chinese restaurant's food was surprisingly good. Despite being in Jiande, they catered well to guests who don't eat spicy food, focusing on light and palatable Jiangsu-Zhejiang flavors. Both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed the meals.
We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

AAnna AkWhen we arrived, the exterior did not quite match the pictures online, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was spacious and clean and very well kept.
Xiao Jiang and the staff on the front desk were patient and extremely helpful. They were sure to escort me to my room and check in on me to see if I needed anything.
The room was lovely. Very comfortable main bed and a stunning view. The shower was modern and spacious, and the projector screen TV was a nice touch.
We were given soft drinks and fruit. Which was also a welcome touch.
The second bed was quite hard - the mattress wasn't really a mattress, so sleeping was somewhat uncomfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and varied. It was mainly Chinese with a few Western choices, too.
The pool was a little disappointing. Not quite full and a little dirty, so we didn't go.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
