The room was decent. I booked a business room, which offered more panoramic views with lots of glass curtain walls on one side. The AC was incredibly slow to cool down, so it only got comfortably cool in the latter half of the night. These are minor details, but since they knew a business room was booked, especially in this heat, they should have proactively cooled it down beforehand. The service staff, I can only say, was average. Even the basic front desk reception, which creates the first impression when checking into a hotel, lacked warmth and friendliness. Compared to other hotels in the same category, the service didn't match up. I travel frequently for business and stay in hotels, so maybe my expectations are too high, or perhaps..."
