"We stayed here twice, on the way to and back from my wife’s parents house over Spring Festival. This is a great hotel in an unknown city. The rooms are very big and comfortable, and we were upgraded both times (presumably this was a quieter period, but we were very grateful!) We really have to praise the help and professionalism of the staff here. On our second visit, we had an unusual request that required a lot of effort, but they were incredibly supportive and really helped us out. My takeout order was delivered to the wrong room. Even though the order had a virtual phone number, no one contacted me. After waiting for a long time, I called the front desk only to be told it was delivered incorrectly and they would bring it to me. I have to wonder, if I hadn't called, would my takeout ever have arrived? 😅 5. The bar staff were incredibly unprofessional. During peak hours, you should at least have a server who can tell the difference between basic spirits, right? 😅 Overall, it was just a completely bizarre experience with strange people and a strange hotel 😅."
