Room service was terrible. They didn't have employee badges, said their name was Wang Xiaohua, and said they couldn't add extra blankets. Their attitude was bizarre; they acted like they were in charge of everything. The woman in black at the restaurant was also very rude. The cups in the room weren't even washed.

酒店環境好，在湖邊，房間也大，設施比較舊，但還乾淨，之前住過幾次這家酒店，感覺還不錯。這次入住對酒店早餐非常不滿！早上8點50分到餐廳，放菜的枱面上放了8個餐盤，幾乎全是空的（有圖為證），酒店餐廳是怎麼經營與管理的！這樣的餐廳把酒店其它員工的努力都給抹殺了。

挺好的。周邊環境確實可以，還有個遊樂場可以玩。晚上到的比較晚，入住的時候沒發現，睡時發現估計上一個房客退房後，床品沒有換，枕頭一股子頭油味（也可能是枕芯的味道）…
