Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Back in Hong Kong, has been busy since, not for the hotel reviews, it's too much. If I had to comment, I would give it 120 points. The day I arrived when it was more than 9 pm, the boss also arranged to pick me up immediately to the high-speed rail station, after arriving has smelled the fragrance of flowers in the room, because it has been in a hurry, no time to eat, the boss may have woken up the boss specially cooked rice noodles for us. In the morning, I saw from the terrace that the dishes we ate last night were picked fresh by the boss every day, no wonder they tasted them when we ate them yesterday. The hotel was very clean and tidy, I booked a far room with a terrace, you can see the panoramic view of Hibiscus town, which is beautiful.

Areas need more attention for improvement:
- in the room the coffee & tea container is there but empty
- in the bathroom there were lots of small toiletry bottles but shower gel is missing! Imagine a guest is already in shower & finds no shower gel to use.....
- cloth hanger with clips was not in good order; side table is badly stained.
- it may be on purpose but no tv & no phone is a no-no for customer experience. Phone to contact front desk remains the most efficient & direct means of communication & service; even in today's high tech era.
- why create a dent in customer experience when breakfast is covered yet charge for coffee?

The front desk was friendly, check-in was easy, a deposit was required, and check-out was quick. The hotel decoration seems to be old, and there are many places in the corners that show the vicissitudes of life. The housekeeping was generally OK; the glass windows were sealed and could not be opened for ventilation. There is a vegetable market downstairs, with many restaurants and fruit vendors, and a supermarket not far away. The shower room is too small, and you have to be careful when turning around; the wash basin faucet needs to be left with cold water for a long time before hot water comes out. The hotel has its own parking lot, which feels a bit cramped.

I booked a homestay online for my parents, and they insisted that I give a good review after staying there. There is a beautiful river view outside the floor-to-ceiling window. You can hear birds singing in the morning and there is a breeze in the evening.
The layout of the house is also very refreshing. The walls are soft beige, with several landscape paintings hanging on the wall. The furniture is simple log style, matched with clean curtains. The whole space looks bright and comfortable, making people feel relaxed when they enter the door. My parents said they would come again next time.

This is a high-end homestay with exquisite decoration, unique room layout, comfortable and warm, and good hygiene in every aspect of the room. You can see the entire Furong Town and Youshui River while lying on the bed. The boss and employees are very enthusiastic, helping us carry our luggage and providing free transportation to Furong Town for sightseeing. GGuest UserI went there because of the good reviews, but was very disappointed. First, parking was inconvenient. You had to park in a parking lot very close to the bus station behind. It was raining heavily when I arrived, and the old man on duty forced me to park my car in a very close place. After parking, I walked to the hotel with my suitcase in the pouring rain. Second, the hotel was on the third floor, up a staircase next to the waiting room. There was no elevator. I regretted climbing to the third floor, but the boss had already given me a parking ticket. In order not to let the boss lose the parking fee, I reluctantly stayed for one night. Third, the room window had no door and window buckles, which meant that the window could be opened from the outside, and this window could be fully opened, unlike the windows of ordinary hotels where you can only open a small gap and people can't get in. But this is very embarrassing. The floor is not high, and the store below has billboards. If someone wants to break in, it is easy to climb up. So I didn't sleep well that night and was very worried about safety! It is recommended that girls think carefully if they are alone. But there is a wide area at the entrance of the third floor. If it is completed later, it will be great to add some gardens, lounge chairs, etc. However, the hardware and safety issues need to be improved. It is still a bit difficult to climb the third floor with a suitcase.
