An Unforgettable Experience Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. We didn't plan to go to Furong Ancient Town, so we stayed in Nan'an. This was the right choice! When we opened our eyes in bed, we saw the beautiful scenery. It was so comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was very warm, and it was not cold at all in winter. The boss lady was also very nice. She chatted with us about family matters and cooked a bowl of noodles for us in the morning. It was the most delicious thing during the trip! She also gave us a grapefruit before we left. She was just like her own aunt.

We had a great relaxing time in this hotel while visiting the red stone national park and Furong Town. They picked-us up for free at the train station in a nice SUV, arranged a fair-priced transportation back and forth to the red stone national park and also offered free drop-off and pick-up at Furong ancient town. Our butler Binbin did his best to help and was very nice. The only things that disappointed us was the management of the facilities like the bar which had no AC turned on while it was more than 30 degrees, so it was basically a sauna...we would have loved to have a drink there enjoying the view. The restaurant is unfortunately very different from the dining room picture advertised (which is only used for breakfast and is also very hot during the day). We would expect to see someone around to serve and also a menu with some snacks at least. The pool, although beautiful and with a great view, has only one bed so not even a couple can really relax side by side...and again no service or anyone around to get some drinks or so. The breakfast is served rather early and only within a span of 1,5 h, from 8 to 09:30. Apart from this the hotel is located in a calm area where you can really relax just some minutes outside Furong town.

The environment is comfortable and the view is good. The boss will provide free pick-up and drop-off to Furong Town Scenic Area. The service is great. The breakfast is unique. The Artemisia Baba is delicious. I will come again next time I have the chance.

一次很好的民宿體驗。酒店在酉水河畔的山上，距芙蓉古鎮17分鐘車程。就算看完芙蓉鎮的夜景再回來，也非常方便。相比芙蓉鎮上的熱鬧，這種遠離煙火味的山間客棧更清新舒適。

房間設施齊全，尤其是那高清投影，畫質清晰，音效也不錯。周邊景點豐富，距離夯吾苗寨、鳳棲湖景區、國家地質公園紅石林和中南第一大峽谷作龍峽車程都很短。高鐵站也就在附近，非常便捷。 衞生：新酒店衞生很好 環境：現場比圖片上看起來感覺好很多，老闆不太會拍照啊 服務：叫服務員多送一套洗漱用品，二話沒説就送過來了，前台小姐姐非常不錯。

It can be said that it is the best hotel in Guzhang at present. After the new renovation, some equipment has been updated and changed, but Yuan can be called a hotel, and the standard of the hotel is still not up to. After all, two or three hundred days can live in other cities better.

是一傢俬人民宿式的酒店。離鳳凰古城隔條河幾公里，相比古城裡的酒店民宿，性價比上來了。裝修比較新，沒有電梯。酒店靠近路邊，靠路的房間會有點吵，好在此路車輛不多。

The price of this hotel is high in the same city, and the service is average! I didn’t see anyone when I checked out in the morning. The service desk and the hotel were on both sides of the street. I was a girl. I had a box and a backpack and a coat. I went to the elevator at the opposite hotel. I didn’t take the initiative to help when I saw the front desk. The experience was a bit poor (picture has nothing to do with the hotel)
