Guzhang Hotels with Balcony

Valued accommodation with great view from hotel room and great customer service. Recommend getting the room with balcony to enjoy the view of the river and the waterfall. The hotel provided free rid from/to the high speed train station, and the the scenic place. Very considerating service.

Back in Hong Kong, has been busy since, not for the hotel reviews, it's too much. If I had to comment, I would give it 120 points. The day I arrived when it was more than 9 pm, the boss also arranged to pick me up immediately to the high-speed rail station, after arriving has smelled the fragrance of flowers in the room, because it has been in a hurry, no time to eat, the boss may have woken up the boss specially cooked rice noodles for us. In the morning, I saw from the terrace that the dishes we ate last night were picked fresh by the boss every day, no wonder they tasted them when we ate them yesterday. The hotel was very clean and tidy, I booked a far room with a terrace, you can see the panoramic view of Hibiscus town, which is beautiful.

We had a great relaxing time in this hotel while visiting the red stone national park and Furong Town. They picked-us up for free at the train station in a nice SUV, arranged a fair-priced transportation back and forth to the red stone national park and also offered free drop-off and pick-up at Furong ancient town. Our butler Binbin did his best to help and was very nice. The only things that disappointed us was the management of the facilities like the bar which had no AC turned on while it was more than 30 degrees, so it was basically a sauna...we would have loved to have a drink there enjoying the view. The restaurant is unfortunately very different from the dining room picture advertised (which is only used for breakfast and is also very hot during the day). We would expect to see someone around to serve and also a menu with some snacks at least. The pool, although beautiful and with a great view, has only one bed so not even a couple can really relax side by side...and again no service or anyone around to get some drinks or so. The breakfast is served rather early and only within a span of 1,5 h, from 8 to 09:30. Apart from this the hotel is located in a calm area where you can really relax just some minutes outside Furong town.

The environment is comfortable and the view is good. The boss will provide free pick-up and drop-off to Furong Town Scenic Area. The service is great. The breakfast is unique. The Artemisia Baba is delicious. I will come again next time I have the chance.

Very close to the power company, it is very convenient to live here on business trips, the nearby living and transportation facilities are very complete, although it is a family hotel, the room is still very good, clean, and parking is convenient.
