"I booked two rooms at this hotel, one of which had a mountain view. I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a road right beside it, so you can hear vehicles passing by. There is also a construction site next to this side of the building, which is quite noisy. I was woken up before 7:00 AM because they had already started working.I chose the mountain view room expecting quietness and peace, but it was not quiet at all. That being said, the room itself was tip-top with absolutely no complaints."

From check-in to check-out, every employee is enthusiastic and professional. The front desk quickly handled the formalities and upgraded the room type attentively; the room attendant cleaned meticulously and even helped to put my skin care products in order

Melanie DuchinMy husband was sick when we arrived. The staff were amazing: they brought him an extra blanket, water, fruit and a bottle of oxygen. They took very good care of us. All of the staff were excellent in every way, but I'd like to thank Xiang Qiuhui Meidou (向秋梅朵) in particular for her kindness and help. I would definitely stay here again, five stars all around.

The front desk service is very good and they are very considerate of the customers. The proprietress is also very considerate of the customers. When she learned that I was far away from the hotel, she asked for ten minutes off from work and drove to pick me up. However, their two cleaners were not diligent and responsible. They were nagging when changing an electric blanket and were unwilling to work hard. When she saw that she had tilted the tea table, I asked her to straighten it again, but she was unwilling to do it. I asked her many times, but she turned around and left on the grounds that she could not understand Chinese. Such irresponsible behavior is really terrible!

Guest UserPros: The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which included a living room. The room was spacious, and the sofa was comfortable for relaxing or working. Free parking was very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful. Laundry services were also available.
Cons: Some facilities needed repair, such as the main door, which had poor sound insulation, warped edges, and made a rattling noise every time it was opened. There were no charging outlets on the sofa in the suite's living room.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Five-star review! Cleanliness, service, environment, and price were all excellent. Especially the receptionists, Baima and Cuochu, were very patient and had excellent attitudes. The security guards were also very welcoming; the security guard even helped with my luggage. Guest UserTheir service is definitely full marks. I booked this one for oxygen supply. As a result, the oxygen supply machine in the room was broken. Thanks to the front desk lady for taking us an oxygen supply machine! The facilities are really not good. I don’t want to live anymore. I can feel the springs one by one when I lie on the mattress. I didn’t sleep well all night. I had to hurry the next morning. I said that I was taking a bath. The water flow in her house was very small. There will be no good thing, her family has a lot of local Tibetan food snacks, delicious and not expensive, just walk into a family without stepping on thunder!

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner has his own parking lot. Parking is convenient, right downstairs. The receptionist was friendly, and there were convenient dining options. The only downside was that the underfloor heating had a slight problem that day; it wasn't very warm. Overall, it was a good experience.
