Hotels with Breakfast in Ganzi County

Great style and ideal location. Hotel nicely designed throughout in ******* style. I had a spacious and comfortable room (see picture). Extended my stay twice. Not a run-of-the-mill standard hotel. Ideal location: easily reachable from the G317 bypassing ‘downtown’ traffic, yet only about 250m (just up the street) to the main street with shops and people strolling. (No other top-range hotel has such an ideal location, many of the better hotels are 1-2km from the center.) Large courtyard with ample parking. Very quiet at night, yet close to the nightly dance square and buzzling night area / main street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel environment and cleanliness were good, and there was an oxygen concentrator. The lobby had a coffee machine, water, and sugar. They even offered glucose water to guests experiencing altitude sickness. I would normally definitely give a good review, but I find it hard to understand why they asked for a room upgrade at check-in, complained about poor guest service, said online reviews weren't related to staff, and that Huazhu Group wasn't affiliated with Ctrip. Since online reviews are irrelevant to your hotel, I can confidently leave a review.

The professional and proactive attitude of Zhima and Yongcuo at the front desk who checked us in really made me feel at ease. They were also very considerate when asking questions. Not only did they tell us the oxygen and breakfast times to be accurate, but they also took the initiative to ask about our stay experience after check-out and carefully recorded my feedback. This series of thoughtful services made me deeply feel their love and responsibility for their work, and also made me like this hotel even more.

Hotel location is very good, ten minutes walk from the lively neighborhood, very quiet and sleep well at night. The most important thing is that the front desk lady is very good, very warm and caring, gave us a very delicious butter tea, and also talked about a lot of local food attractions ☺️☺️☺️

The service is particularly good. There is a car to take you to the front desk, hot springs, and breakfast. The room type is upgraded for free, and you can soak in the natural sulfur hot spring for free. It is located in King Gesar City, which is very convenient for travel. It is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, lakes, and green mountains. The most important thing is that it is less than 300... Where else can you find a hotel with such a high cost performance!

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Five-star review! Cleanliness, service, environment, and price were all excellent. Especially the receptionists, Baima and Cuochu, were very patient and had excellent attitudes. The security guards were also very welcoming; the security guard even helped with my luggage. Pros: The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which included a living room. The room was spacious, and the sofa was comfortable for relaxing or working. Free parking was very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful. Laundry services were also available. Cons: Some facilities needed repair, such as the main door, which had poor sound insulation, warped edges, and made a rattling noise every time it was opened. There were no charging outlets on the sofa in the suite's living room.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff are super helpful and nice. They helped me find. Driver for the next part of my journey. The cleanliness wasn’t perfect. (I found a cigarette butt in my room when I moved in, but the staff apologized and immediately came to clean.) My room was high enough that my view was to the beautiful mountains, and not of the gas station across the road from the hotel. It was a fine hotel for the price that I paid.

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner has his own parking lot. Parking is convenient, right downstairs. The receptionist was friendly, and there were convenient dining options. The only downside was that the underfloor heating had a slight problem that day; it wasn't very warm. Overall, it was a good experience.
