"## Ambiance: The hotel is situated right on a wide road, with a large parking lot out front. The room itself was quite spacious. ## Service: There was only one staff member at the front desk, and she was very busy, but still managed to check me in efficiently. She thoughtfully explained all the important details. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism! ## Facilities: The basic facilities are excellent. There's a rainfall showerhead, and the lighting controls are well-designed and easy to use. The air conditioning panel even has special instructions. All of these were fantastic. The only minor issues were that the automatic flush on the toilet would splash onto the seat, and some of the inverted power outlets in the room were unusable because plugs wouldn't fit. Despite the cool weather outside in Erenhot, the room felt stuffy without the AC on, perhaps due to the small windows. It would be even better if these minor details could be perfected. It felt like the hotel had recently done some pest control, likely due to the season. ## Breakfast: The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was very satisfying, and the milk tea was delicious. ## Overall: My overall stay was great!"

"An important accommodation in the border town of Erenhot, about 700m from the railway station, 1km from the Erenhot bus station, and 3-4km from the Dinosaur Museum. Early check-in is available upon request. There is also a restaurant downstairs adjacent to the hotel offering Inner Mongolian and Chinese dishes at an affordable price. Good for travelers waiting for border transit."

"The hotel's decor is lovely and very high-end; walking into the lobby gives you a feeling of luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, there were bugs in the room, and when I mentioned it to staff, they seemed quite indifferent. I was also supposed to receive a fruit platter as a Ctrip points benefit, but the hotel didn't provide it. When I brought it up with the front desk, I received no response. While the hardware is excellent, the service (software) needs improvement for long-term success."

"This property is one of the area’s top four-star hotels. It boasts an excellent location, and the corridor windows offer direct views overlooking the roundabout. All essential amenities and facilities you could need are available on-site. There are only two minor drawbacks that kept me from giving a perfect score: 1. We encountered bugs in our rooms, one bug each across two separate rooms we stayed in. That said, these insects are extremely common across the entire city during summer, so this issue alone isn’t enough to warrant a drastically low rating. 2. My booking through Trip.com included complimentary breakfast, yet front desk staff had no record or knowledge of this perk. I ended up needing to contact Trip.com’s customer support to resolve the confusion."

"This was my first time staying at Nihao, and it was surprisingly good! I stayed at the Nihao Hotel 2.0 Chinese Style this time. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'm very satisfied; it's definitely on par with the Qixing International in Erenhot. The location is also great. I'll choose Nihao Hotel again next time."

"Place was clean and a lot of things were new in there. I really enjoyed talking to the owner of the place. The front desk workers were nice people. The only thing that was bad was that the room that they gave me had a light in the bathroom that was not working. I had to use my cellphone light to take a shower because the bathroom was dark."

"My stay at the Hanting Hotel Erenhot was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is located in a prime downtown area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself was tastefully simple and elegant, with warm lighting that created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. As always with Hanting, the cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and neatly made, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was completely free of water stains. Every corner was sparkling clean, which made me feel very secure and relaxed. The staff were all warm and attentive, providing efficient and thoughtful service from check-in to departure. They even took the initiative to recommend local attractions, truly making me feel at home. The facilities were also top-notch: the mattress was just right, the air conditioning cooled quickly, and the shower had great water pressure. Plus, having a self-service laundry room and a gym is a huge bonus for long-distance travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Erenhot!"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service, rooms, and breakfast were all impeccable. The breakfast, in particular, was amazing: the chef, in his crisp uniform, prepared dishes that were true works of art. The variety was extensive, the taste superb, and it was clear he had high standards for both ingredients and presentation. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the gentleman in the black uniform (who I assume was a manager) at breakfast. His friendly and professional demeanor made us feel very welcome."

"This hotel has a fantastic ambiance and is very affordable. The smart home features are a real lifesaver, making everything so convenient. Even in winter, the room was perfectly warm. They even provide fresh fruit daily, and the cleaning staff are incredibly thorough and friendly. The front desk staff are also wonderful – their service and personalities are top-notch. I absolutely love it here and highly recommend it!"

"Nice room, comfortable, excellent bathroom. Breakfast is good, although some food is a bit weird and it is noisy early in the morning there. Has a little shop downstairs which is nice for a snack."
