This hotel has a fantastic ambiance and is very affordable. The smart home features are a real lifesaver, making everything so convenient. Even in winter, the room was perfectly warm. They even provide fresh fruit daily, and the cleaning staff are incredibly thorough and friendly. The front desk staff are also wonderful – their service and personalities are top-notch. I absolutely love it here and highly recommend it!

I had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The service was also friendly and attentive. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the food was tasty and enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was that the hotel was not overcrowded, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. Great location, spacious, clean. I have been there many times but this time ordered through trip and same as always

Room is super spacious. Many eateries nearby. Receptionist isn’t very friendly upon checking in and the next day when we checked out I asked for a bottle of water and the receptionist told me she doesn’t have any. Other than that all is fine.

Only 10 minutes walk from the railway station. nice room with very hot and very cold water.Good wifi. After the morning walk,there was a strong smell of smoke.

Came to Erenhot with my family for the summer and this hotel was genuinely much, much better than expected. The price was also very affordable, and the service attitude was excellent. The rooms have central air conditioning and smart voice control. It's clean and hygienic, with a separate wet and dry area and a smart toilet. There's also a rich breakfast in the morning. Plus, the main thing is the price is very reasonable. Parking downstairs is super convenient, you can park a lot of cars right outside the entrance, and the hotel has an elevator. And the front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. The suite was very spacious, and even had a living room and exactly the same layout (assuming '一模一样' refers to another room or the suite's consistent design).

Overall hotel was clean and friendly, but breakfast was terrible. Because too crowded and the workers who worked in the kitchen was rude.

The front desk manager character was horrible

An old hotel very close to the Guomen Scenic Area. The architectural style is very grand, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We went on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The front desk manager upgraded our room for free. Erenhot is a border city that you want to visit again!

The location was very good, the market, grocery stores, and restaurants were close by.
