The front desk guys have a good service attitude and are helpful. There are many parking spaces at the door. The room is very new and smart. "The most surprising harvest of this Everest trip is in addition to the magnificent snow-capped mountains, and the warmth brought by the Vienna series of hotels. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the intimate service is everywhere. We originally booked a single room, but because we wanted to change to a spacious standard room temporarily, we asked the front desk lady with the mentality of giving it a try. She smiled and listened, not only readily agreed, but also directly helped us upgrade to the executive twin room for free. The room has a wide view and complete facilities, which makes us feel the surprise that is valued at once. What moved us most was her extreme care for the details. Knowing that we were going to Everest the next day, she took the initiative to remind us of the high anti-care matters, repeatedly told us not to wash our hair and take a shower at night to avoid colds, and also suggested that we slow down and do not do large exercise. She not only helped us book a sightseeing car in advance, but also deliberately walked out of the hotel when we set off, personally sent us to the car, and confirmed that everything was correct before leaving. Because the trip to Everest was very early, we had no time to eat the hotel's buffet breakfast. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady has prepared the road for us early, a beautifully packaged breakfast, with eggs, milk and small bread, so that we can feel a warm heart on the way to the snowy mountains. She also told us the best viewing time of the day according to her experience, so that we can enjoy the beautiful moment of Rizhao Jinshan at the most suitable moment. "The romantic name of Yunzuo Xingguang is very attractive. When I arrived at the store, I found that it had just opened for a month and was brand new. The toilets were all smart, so I was very happy. The room had enough oxygen and I slept well. The whole house was also clean and tidy beyond my expectations. "It was fantastic! The location is quite far inside the scenic area. The hotel helps arrange the shuttle bus, and you can board directly at the entrance. It only takes 30 minutes from the hotel to the base camp. The receptionist, Xiao Ciren, was very helpful; he helped me with my things, waited with me for the bus, and even reminded me to bring my border pass, otherwise I almost forgot it. Overall, a great experience!"

"A family hotel run by ******* compatriots. Located in the center of Basong Village. We called to confirm at 10:30 pm and placed an order. We arrived at 1:30 am. We knocked on the door and the proprietress was still waiting for us. There were no slippers or towels in the room and no room card was required. It was a two-story ******* house in the shape of a Chinese character U. On the left side of the door was the restaurant. It was a typical ******* style. They also provided porridge and pickled mustard in the morning. At the foot of Mount Everest, except for the high-end B&Bs starting at 500 yuan, the express accommodation conditions were average, but much better than the bunk beds at the base camp…"

We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.
