"The two girls who received the guests were kind. But there is still room for improvement in care, such as: when guests check in, remind guests to dowload contact first (avoid careless guests). Because after we checked out, the room key has been handed over and we cannot enter and exit freely. When we returned to pick up and store our luggage, we pressed three times and no one opened the door. When we were busy, we saw a reminder phone number by the door. After receiving it, the friendly woman immediately responded and opened the door for us to catch and get on the train."

"I accidentally found Chiayi's back garden. Wuliuyuan is located next to Lantan Reservoir. We all unexpectedly entered the park. It was like a paradise with trees. The green plants were diverse and unique. We booked a family room for 6 people. Before entering the room, there is a red cockroach. This is a homestay with the theme of Hemu, Flat Bai, Xiao Yu. It feels a bit Japanese-style. The breakfast is quite special and delicious. There are also essential oils and log tables and chairs in the homestay. I personally think that the price is reasonable. There's no feeling of being knocked."

"Although the hotel is a little far from the city, it has many facilities and parent-child activities, and the space is large, making it very comfortable to stay in. For breakfast, it is recommended to go before 9 o'clock so that you don't have to queue. Even if there are many people in the restaurant, the waiting time and the ushering are fast. The service is also very good. It is a hotel I would like to stay in again. There is also a pet hotel on B1, with surveillance cameras to monitor the condition of your furry friends. That’s great!"

"The hotel provide one time free transport for your stay which is good if you are travelling in big group.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will help to arrange transportation (taxi) if needed. The check in and check out service is also pretty fast. There are also complementary drinks that you may self service.
The hotel helps us to keep our big luggages for 2 days while we went up to Alishan.
The location is a convenience access to some of the tourist places as well as the night market nearby."

GGuest UserI found the room bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise. It was nice to relax in the room after a long day out exploring. There were also breakfast coupons which I wasn’t expecting so that was a lovely touch too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

AAlbertLOThe room was spacious and clean. There was absolutely no humidity, thanks to their excellent moisture control. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, with exhaust fans in both sections. Even the hallways had dehumidifiers – a thoughtful touch! The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I noticed it the moment I lay down. The service staff were also very warm and welcoming. It's approximately a 10-minute walk from Chiayi Train Station, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. What a shame I only stayed one night! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chiayi.

GGuest UserThe double room has two large beds. The room is very clean and the bathroom has no odor. The room is very soundproof. Breakfast includes Chiayi-style beef shabu-shabu soup, turkey rice, fried dough sticks and almond tea, etc. It feels that the business owner manages the business with care and hopes that guests can have a different Chiayi experience.

AAnonymous UserI wish we could have more time to spend in Chiayi so that we can stay longer in this hostel. My kids enjoyed the room and loved our stay in An Lan Jie. The family room is spacious, clean and has all the amenities we needed. Thank you An Lan Jie, hope we can come visit again next time.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was mediocre, with limited variety, and certainly not worth 200 NTD. The front desk staff weren't particularly smiley. A definite plus is the dedicated parking, even if it's 200-300 meters from the hotel. The housekeeping staff were friendly and had excellent attitudes. Expect quite a few tour groups; it's probably best to have breakfast after 8 AM (it starts at 7 AM) to avoid the rush. The hotel is conveniently located near the Cultural Night Market, and there are abundant dining options in the vicinity, including a department store. I particularly enjoyed the nearby soy milk, roast duck, noodle shops, and nigiri sushi.

The accommodation includes breakfast, which is diverse and delicious. The parking lot is sufficient. The counter under the nearby bridge can help you deduct the full amount. The room is also very spacious. I will stay here again next time I travel.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

Breakfast was decent but if you went too late there would be very little food left (sometimes the coffee/tea machine runs out of powder).
