The overall experience is great, the location is very dominant, downstairs is the music fountain square, visiting the surrounding neighborhoods, punching in the Longxing Gate is very close. The rooms are smartly designed, clean and quiet, and sleep very relaxed. The service is warm and thoughtful, the deposit-free stay is very easy, and the local specialty snacks can be eaten for breakfast. With its own parking lot, there is no pressure to travel by car, no matter whether it is a short trip or a business stay, it is very suitable.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

I was so pleased with my stay at Hanting Hotel Benxi Railway Station! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station, making commuting and sightseeing a breeze. There are numerous shopping malls and snack streets nearby, so shopping, dining, and traveling are all hassle-free. The most surprising thing is that the hotel has been recently renovated, and the ambiance is incredibly fresh and the amenities are comprehensive. The individual air conditioning in the room was especially helpful, offering flexible and convenient temperature control, unlike the restrictions of central air conditioning in some places. It was a truly comfortable stay. Overall, the location and amenities were perfect, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Benxi!

Location is in the Center of the city. It is very convenience to go to anywhere. The room is decorated beautifully and service staffs are very kinds. The room is clean and new. The restaurant in it serves good food. However, there is no enough cabinet space for hanging clothes and store clothes for people who live longer the 2 days. We had to put our clothes within our luggages. No air conditioner to provide cold air in the early May. The room temperature is more than 25 degrees. If open air conditioner, the roof temperature reached 28 degree. It is too hot for us.

Fantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water. The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

The overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

We stay 2 night & they offered us the highest 11th floor with good scenic view. The room was spacious around 800 ft. Location within 15 mins walk to core business area. Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night. Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep. Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation and easy access to the airport and scenic spots. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, and there is a medium-sized Hualian Supermarket inside, which is convenient for shopping. The service staff had a very good attitude and the room was cleaned in a timely manner. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. I feel that the chef has a high level and eating well is a plus point for the hotel. There were several weddings every day during my stay, which made me feel very happy.

All are small villas with yards, very comfortable, children like it. Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing. There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large. The service is good, with a WeChat private butler. Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out.
