"I'd been browsing hotel prices near Interlaken for a while, and they were generally eye-watering. So I was thrilled to stumble upon this one, as a price under 2000 CHF felt much more reasonable. True to what other online reviewers mentioned, we took the train from Lauterbrunnen for 7.2 CHF – a scenic ride directly to Wengen station. The Victoria Hotel is conveniently located right outside the station. Our room was lovely, with windows offering direct views of the snow-capped mountains. We didn't get a chance to try the thermal baths, so I can't comment on that. The breakfast was a bit basic, but still offered a decent variety. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"2nd time to come here. First time with family and although we had to stay in 2 rooms, it was fun to compare each others rooms and layout.
Breakfast is expansive (eggs looked a little old), but great selection of breads, deli items and so many jams to choose from. Cold dishes had a much higher quality than warm dishes. As it’s buffet style, it can be difficult to keep a sense of cleanliness, but they try hard.
Dream hotel at night as you can see great views.
Front desk staff is super helpful and remember me from my first stay.
I would like to return again in the future."

"The location is average, not the city center. Although there are buses very close to the hotel, the fare is quite expensive. Uber is about 8 euros to the National Opera, so if there are a lot of people, Uber is more suitable. The room is very large. I booked a triple room without telling the front desk much. When I entered the room, there were three single beds. It was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The sanitary condition is very good. But there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers. The breakfast is very pleasantly surprised at the price of this room rate and is commendable. The service staff is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport by Uber, less than 20 euros. If you book a taxi at the front desk, it costs 35 euros."

"The scenery outside the balcony is so beautiful. This is a very historic hotel. It should be a wealthy villa in ancient Europe, so some rooms are beautiful master bedrooms and guest bedrooms, and some are very poor servant rooms, such as single rooms, which are pitifully small and have no scenery.
The double room we booked is very beautiful. Because we brought children, we didn't pay attention to choosing 3 beds when booking, so the waiter needed to make a temporary arrangement. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very patient and gave a very favorable price. It felt very good.
The disadvantage is that although it is only more than 300 meters away from the station, it is a steep slope. Everyone who comes to the hotel is out of breath and needs to climb mountains to return to the hotel."

"Location was considerably near train station but required a steep uphill walk towards it, was a challenge with heavy luggages.
Quiet neighborhood, with a nice village view from the balcony and fresh air.
Breakfast spread was decent.
Reception counter was not manned all the time, especially late at night or early mornings.
Hairdryer was not available in the room, had to use the common one in the basement sauna changing room."

"The location is very good, just next to the Wengen station, no need to carry the luggage uphill to find the hotel! The view is also the best, you can see the Jungfrau and several other peaks, the waterfall of Lauterbrunnen can also be seen. Breakfast is average, European hotels are probably like this, nothing to eat. The hotel's own restaurant should be a Michelin-recommended restaurant. The dishes are OK, and you want to eat in advance. Service under the spit, the service attitude of the restaurant is OK, but the service attitude of the hotel front desk check in is really average, extremely arrogant ~"

"It is difficult to compare foreign hotels with domestic ones. You can ignore the so-called star standard. The room is small, but the scenery is beautiful. The hotel is on the mountain, and cars cannot enter. You must take a small train to go up the mountain. The facilities and equipment are also average. If you don't want them, there are no toothbrushes or toothbrushes. The breakfast variety is single, but the ingredients should be okay."

侯侯Halfway up the mountain, Wengen stands down for 5 minutes and faces the snowy mountains. The sun is very abundant and the scenery is very good! There is a supermarket nearby, and there is a hotel restaurant downstairs. The package price is around 30 Swiss francs. The front desk staff is very good and very enthusiastic. recommend!

XXiangyunbeekingTraditional Swiss houses are very warm. Although it is far from the train station, the scenery is invincible, and you can see the Jungfrau and the canyon from the balcony. The service is also very professional and thoughtful, worthy of being a century-old store. Another: the building materials on the mountain are all shipped by helicopter, which may be why everything is expensive.
