"The hotel is simply excellent! Excellent location in the new city on a huge well-kept area near the rowing canal, nearby is the historical monument ”Vechey Gorod”, in this place there is always a fresh breeze.
Luxurious spacious rooms, I had a two-room suite with two bathrooms, in the room everything was thought out to the smallest detail! Lots of drinking water (6 bottles), coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, excellent comfortable bed, wonderful skin care cosmetics from the Italian brand Salvador Ferragano,  smart home system and in general everything is just great!
The buffet breakfasts are excellent, the staff is very attentive and friendly! If I decide to come to Samarkand again, I will definitely stay at this hotel."

"The hotel is very nice, with a great environment. You can directly see the canal in the park and the light show at night. The facilities should be the best among the hotels I have stayed in Samarkand so far. There is no need for conversion plugs, and there is also a capsule coffee machine in the room. The service is generally good. Because the room type I booked is out of stock, I was upgraded to a suite. It’s just that the front desk didn’t handle it well during peak hours, the check-in time for guests was too long, and the room was not cleaned in time, and the water was not replenished in time, so I didn’t give it a full score. I hope it can be improved. The restaurant service is good, the dishes are also very good, and there are many choices. I haven’t experienced other things yet. I hope to come again next time!"

"Everything was excellent until the black out happened twice in one morning on our last day at the hotel. ID of the toilets need improvement - need the racks to be spaced out for hanging clothes and towels. WiFi can be improved, randomly getting cut out, not so ideal for working. Heated water in the shower was a tad too hot and couldn't make it colder. Mr T. loves the bidets and the multi-functioned toilet bowls. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of selection."

"I was there off-season on March 8. There weren't many people in the hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy. There weren't enough robes in the room and I would have added something moisturizing for the body (cream) to the cosmetic set. A corkscrew and glasses. Overall, I recommend it, including using the spa area. There was no one there off-season, which is how I like it)"

"A great guest house. Mini-hotel, I would say. Hospitable hosts responding to guest requests. There is a neighbor next door changing money at a good rate.
Very clean territory with green interior courtyard, breakfast terrace and a toppace for rest. In rooms everything necessary, high ceilings, mini-fridge. A convenient closet for things, beds with tough mattresses are perfect for us. The pillows can be changed to more subtle. Clean rooms every day very carefully. Breakfasts are homemade, delicious, satisfied. Lymonade and juices of several kinds, tea-coffee, bakery, orange casca, make omlet or eggs at the request of the guests. Bread and cheese, cooked eggs, cut, berries (cabbage and cherry). Always fresh hot samsa. All cheese and really delicious."

"The hotel is in a tourist resort. There are no residents or businesses nearby. There are only some amusement rides, but they don't seem to be open. It's very quiet. There are four or five hotels of the same level nearby.
If you drive there, there are plenty of parking spaces downstairs. You will get a small ticket on the rolling mill when you enter the park, and you can get another parking ticket at the hotel to leave for free.
The room is not as big as in China, but all kinds of supporting facilities are in place"

GGourav BoraWe had a great experience. Host is very friendly and considerate. The host went out of the way to arrange vegetarian food for us. Its a little away from centre but easily accessible via taxis which is very cheap. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a big courtyard with trees. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a lot. No complaints. Their home made jam is just awesome.

FFrankdexingnangFacilities: The room was quite large for a family room, but the bathroom drain was terrible, overflowing whenever I showered. The hotel is generally dated, but its location is excellent, less than 500 meters from Kistan Square.
Cleanliness: My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Upon check-in, I discovered the bed linen hadn't been changed. The cleaner was incredibly lazy, only coming once during my three-day stay.
Environment: On our first night, I was disturbed by a barking dog. After I requested it, they moved it away.
Service: The best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff, who were very polite. The breakfast service was also excellent.

GGuest UserWe are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.)
What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.”
This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service.
By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

EEVGENIIAExcellent hotel, Hilton is Hilton! The room is spacious, modern, good cleaning, breakfast for 4, little choice. Pleased with the executive lounge, from 18:00 to 20:00 they serve a light dinner, there are alcoholic drinks (white, red, sparkling wine, cognac, vodka). Local sparkling wine, very tasty. Hot dishes included pilaf, chicken, potatoes. Cheese, cold meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, desserts, coffee, soft drinks.
The pool is pleasantly cooling in such heat.
The location is not very convenient, far from shops, attractions, there is a chateau on the territory, a taxi arrives in 7-10 minutes. Nearby is the Eternal City and a musical fountain, a long embankment along the canal for walks. The hotel is for rest, relaxation, privacy. I recommend!

MMladenowskiWe were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained.
Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present.
Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food.
A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

KKhaira EsmaliStaffs are friendly especially the one that is assigned in day time who always makes us coffee during our 3 days stay.. Kodus also to the lady (chef) who brought us pancake and toast bread during breakfast! 👌
but the other staff at night shift is a bit unfriendly.. Place is aesthetic even though location is not so ideal. Wifi is so bad and Smart Tv is not updated so we still need to set up the TV in order for us to be able to use Netflix and youtube. Overall, its still good!

Located in a quiet street end, it does become quite dark during nighttime, but I didn’t feel threatened at all.
The keys are hard to master, though, so I advise people to pay attention to the instructions, I cannot count how many times I was helped by the staff…
Overall, this was a great stay near the Registan Square, and I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a good night’s sleep near Registan.

In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!
