Reno Hotels with Wifi

"Hotel was centrally located for myself within the middle of activity in Reno, NV. Everything I wanted to experience was within walking distance :uber, taxi, shuttles were available, but I was there to experience the environment, not walk any {about as expected, but no Gestapo-like enforcement} , the street/sidewalk/parks cleanliness {excellent} and any empty establishments {seemed below average probably due to the foot traffic at night}. The Circus Circus Hotel was clean but a bit worn in those spots I expected it to be. Although I wasn't there to gamble (ie loose funds) the facilities seemed in good working order. The staff was exceptionally helpful when needed and got lost when not. I will likely stay with them again in the future."

"As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel."

"The beds and pillows were very comfortable.  However, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, as there was hair and soap residue everywhere.  The bath tub had no grab bars and you had to get all the way in the shower to turn on water.  There was no shower mat to help keep you from sliding (remember, no grab bar).   No shower caps or lotion.  The restaurant was a very pleasant experience, both the staff and food were great! We would stay again, because it is very convenient and close to the train station, which is how we traveled to visit a relative who was celebrating his 75th birthday."

"Very nice hotel and the people are great. And they do very well to do your request to the best they can. If you got anything real special is after make the reservation is call them to make sure. They were great with us."

"This is the best time to stay in a hotel in Reno. The hotel room is large and new, and there is no unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel buffet is reasonably priced. Although there are not many types, it is fresh and delicious! I will go to this hotel again when I go to Reno again!"

"The place was kind of loud.  Also, the Trip.com app *clearly* stated that there would be no additional fees upon arrival. BS. There’s a $45 resort fee and you’re stuck paying it. I raised hell and got the $45 refunded by Trip.com"

"I am very dissatisfied with the hotel's pre-authorization deduction system. My room is $200 a night, the hotel deducted me $200, then deducted $200 from my credit card, then deducted $20, and finally buckled me. 10 dollars, I went to the front desk theory, they said that they made a lot of mistakes, and later cleared the back of $ 220, but the remaining 10 dollars did not know what the deduction is! "It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus is operated. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the water pressure is satisfactory. I didn't expect much because it was a free breakfast, but I was so satisfied because it was similar to the breakfast I paid for and eat at other hotels."
