We spent an incredible 9 days in a Grand Garden room and it was great. Location location location! Very nice staff everywhere and the shuttle to walking street was effective. You can book all of your transportation with them through email and even book a private boat to come pick you up for a day (DO IT!).
Conâs: 1 Groundwater supply. It is brown and ruined multiple clothing items of white color. 2 Breakfast: while there was a large selection, only a select few items were healthy options. Symbolic cafe at the beach has way better options, but itâs expensive and not included. The orange juice is fake with sugar and so are the other drinks available. Again the staff were great but please consider removing the gesture from the man at 10am who tells each table that breakfast is ending. There are signs and the timing is listed in the booking details, it felt insincere and you could tell he wasnât comfortable doing it either. 3 the cleaner was ineffective, leaving the ground water stains to build up in the sink and the toilet. Changed sheets every 3 days even though they were brown from the water. She was kind and sincere."

"Fantastic place, attention to each detail, beautiful hotel territory, well designed room with a unique design, very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing itâs fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe."

"I enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. On my last day, the staff drove me to the ferry departure site (during low season, the ferry departs on the other side of Pattaya beach)."

We had a room near the restaurant and front desk. The accommodations were clean and the room had all the amenities of home including a romantic outside bath. The grounds were kept up the pool was sparkling  And of course the beach that was only a few hundred feet from our room was amazing

"Initially, I was impressed by the lush greenery and the serene atmosphere as I stepped into the villa. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Although I had booked a sea view room for my first time, I realized that the sea was not directly in front of my room as expected. Nonetheless, I could still catch a glimpse of the sea, so it was acceptable.
Regarding the room facilities, I found that the air conditioning wasn't sufficiently cooling despite setting it to the lowest temperature. Given the extreme heat in Koh Lipe, I had anticipated a cooler room environment. Another aspect to mention is that the villa provided only two small bottles of water per room. When I requested additional bottles at the front desk, I was surprised to learn that they were available at their mart and i could actually purchase on my own.
I also observed that the pathways outside the villa were somewhat hazardous, especially since the area is still under development. I wouldn't recommend walking through these areas due to the lack of lighting and uneven road conditions, with puddles of water present.
As for breakfast, there weren't many options available, and the staff seemed somewhat inattentive. Considering the room charges per night, I had expected a higher level of service. Despite these issues, I still managed to enjoy my stay overall."

"A very, very, very memorable resort.
Facilities: The cabins are natural-style, with poor sound insulation, but the advantages are not enough. It is acceptable for the scenery.
Hygiene: Cleaning is very timely. Basically, our room can be cleaned before noon, which is in sharp contrast with Ananya.
Environment: Absolutely 100 points. We went to all three beaches. If you are with children, you must choose sunrise. First of all, there is a reef at the entrance of October. You can see many crabs and small fish in the evening; secondly, there are shade trees, and children are not afraid of sun exposure when playing in the sand.
Service: The service is excellent. On the last day, we moved to Ananya and were sent there by boat. The front desk stood on the beach and waved goodbye to us, which was very enthusiastic. The most common thing I heard from the front desk these days is that itâs ok, whatever you want. The hotel has various snorkeling supplies, beach toys, and life jackets for rent, all free of charge.
Breakfast is a menu, which is relatively simple, but tastes good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are too lazy to go out, you can choose to eat directly in the hotel.
All in all, really like it here!"

"Things are slow at the front desk... you have to wait patiently.
On the first day, I met the hostess of the resort. She was very friendly and helpful. She can speak standard English and some Minnan dialect.
She helped me with all my problems.
The waiter Awan in the restaurant was very considerate and he could make delicious fried noodles himself...
Next time I come back, I will still choose this resort hotel.

"I love this hotel! It's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed there comfortably for three days. The breakfast is quite rich and filling. The hotel has a private beach where you can snorkel and there are many fish. What I like most is that my cousin comes to see me every afternoon. Hahahaha. Don't miss it if you like small animals!"

"Room was very clean, fresh water replaced daily free of charge. The WiFi worked very well, was able to stream and download tv on an evening. The aircon was strong and kept the room nice and cool. The location is good, right in the centre of the island but away from the busy noisy areas, could easily walk to any beach within 10 minutes.
As other people have noted, there is a bar that plays music nearby however it didnât bother us, all you could hear was the bass and we slept right through it. For the price, I donât think there is much better."

JJanSummary: the hotel charged heavily for it, but didn't live up to its 5-star rating, rather a 3-star. Main reasons:
Maintance not enough, everything seemed worn and in need of repair. Beds (round) were terrible, very hard and the round shape is useless for a tall person. Pillows were the worst. Pool wasn't kept clean and also not full, so not infinity , as intended and described. First few days the phone wasn't working, so didn't feel secure, in case of emergency. The style of the restaurant wasn't attractive in comparison with others on the island.
Also missing spa/gym/massage offers, not in Thailand. No body lotion in the bathroom, not OK for a premium hotel.
Wrong instruction for the safe.
Positive: the staff, very friendly and helpful, but some seemed not trained enough for a 5-star hotel. Location and the beach was amazing. Breakfast and laundry service was good. Nice layout of the villa. Loved to have our own pool and secluded beach area.

The sea view pool room is right outside the beach, and you can borrow the hotel's double dinghy and snorkeling equipment for free. The hotel has a rich breakfast. Choose in advance according to your needs. The spa environment and service are good. But the price is a bit expensive. You can pre-deposit and recharge when checking in, and there will be a bonus. But it will not be refunded if you don't use it up. Finally, I had a big meal when I checked out. Overall, it's still very good.

AAnonymous UserWe are a group of four, and the room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. They provided baggage services, sending our luggage to the pier when we checked out. The hotel is located at Pattaya Beach, just a short walk from Walking Street and the pier. Breakfast offers a variety of options, from Asian to Western.
One minor issue is that the water pressure for the shower is slightly low.
Beautiful view from room, worth its price. Will still come back if revisit kohlipe.

Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak.
Breakfast is good too .
Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast.

The room terrace is huge, and the bath water is large and comfortable. But it may be a little old because it is not maintained carefully enough. The floor of the room creaks, the bathtub looks dirty, the faucet has rust spots, the wash basin is not easy to use, the distance is far, and it is a bit difficult to wash your face. It is not fixed well, and there will be a bad smell. The bathroom is too cramped, and you will feel that there is no place to put your legs when sitting on the toilet. The bathroom has no door, which is also very inconvenient.
Hygiene: The bath towels are stained, the bathtub looks dirty, and the rest is okay. There are incense in the room.
Service: The restaurant is too expensive, and the menu is small, there are not many choices, and the taste is also average. It is not recommended to dine here.
Environment: The surroundings are very desolate, and there are no activities in the hotel, which is not fun. Monkeys often visit, and people can only hide in the room when monkeys come. Friends who like quiet can come to experience it. If you like to play and live, you should stay at Pattaya Beach!

It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion â truly fitting for the name âCast Away.â
The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning

BBusyinasiaIt has been out favorite hotel on the island. It is still very good. Great location (quiet), sea line with very beautiful area, some shade during the sunny day. Very good breakfast and ability to put additionally beds in the room. However, when we were there 5 years ago last time, the service was better. Just an example: there are pits with water next to each villa to clean the feet from the send. If you are a customer you get used to that pretty quickly because it is great that you don't bring the sand to your room and bed, then you actually need it. 5 years ago every time we woke up the pot already was full with water. This time it could stay out of water for the whole day and the half of the next day. Some people were pouring in drinking water there to make it possible cleaning the sand off. There are few other small things that degraded sadly. However, it is till one of the best on the island.

The house looks cheerful, simple inside, but the air conditioning is excellent, the water heater works, the water pressure is good. 2 bottles of water every day. Excellent breakfast, delicious, a lot, appetizingly served! The location is right on the beach, a nice small pool, a view of the ocean at breakfast. Perfectly working Wi-Fi in the cafe area by the pool, calls, files, everything without problems. A good beach is 100 meters to the left, the bottom is sandy, there are fewer boats there.
