"I was in this hotel for the first time. In general, I liked everything about this hotel, namely the food, service, and staff. The first hotel in Egypt where they didn't ask me for money at the reception for the ”best room”. Evening entertainment without stress. And everything would have been fine if not for the cleaning in the room. It seems like the room is cleaned at first glance, but you notice that the trash from the bins has not been taken out, the towels have not been replaced, but simply folded and put on the shelf. All this caused indignation and I had to resolve the issue through the hotel administration. Apparently, no one in Egypt will do anything without a tip. I gave my T-shirts to the laundry, they seemed to have washed them, but the stains remained, the collar was not washed. All these little things left an unpleasant impression of a wonderful hotel in Egypt"

"Good hotel. A beautiful reef with live corals and a variety of fish. The entrance to the water is sandy from the shore and from a wooden pier. You don't need to take coral, it's better to take flippers, you won't regret it. The food is varied, lots of fruit, melon was every day, meat, fish... Everything is tasty and varied, no napkins on the tables, a minor minus. All the hotel staff is kind, attentive, responsive, friendly. Excellent bartenders Mrvan and Omar, surprised with the variety of cocktails) The only minus of this hotel is the animation. While we were relaxing, we saw two animation teams. Very weak, they don't try hard. The main task is to drag you to a paid disco. Would I recommend this hotel for a vacation - definitely yes!!! But for those who need action, it's better to choose another hotel, otherwise you'll have to go to Nama Bay. By the way, it's a 20-minute walk along the coast. Yes, take mosquito repellent, they kept us from sleeping in the room."

"It was a great holiday in a very cozy space. The beach was a bit inferior to those of the other hotels in Naama Bay, but it was more than enough to relax. The hotel staff was very kind and cheerful and happy to help us."

"Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location."

"Pros: 1) Very cool territory. Really cool. 2) Warm pool 3) Activities like water polo initiated by the hotel according to the schedule. I got to the match of Russians against Egyptians :) 4) There is a bathroom in the room - and there is really good pressure and really hot water. 5) The music at dinner ”rocks” and whoever sings ”rocks” too, but people listen to it like seals and there is no party vibe. Here the hotel gets a plus for the fact that despite the complete lack of reaction from the listeners - the music and vocals are good and create an effect. 6) There is a gym. Not God knows what - but it is. Average: 1) The buffet is not a fountain, but not terrible either. See Cons Cons: 1) Room Service - the most disgusting and disgusting food that is possible. If in the buffet you can still choose what suits you with the appearance - then Room Service is a complete hell. Visually, in the pictures and in terms of ingredients, it's ok, but in fact, it's just disgusting and doesn't correspond to the ingredients. If you're going to a hotel, fork out for full board, because you can't count on Room Service at all. Or eat outside the hotel. 2) I also didn't like the attitude of the staff. 2.1) On the one hand, it was just really annoying that you have to pay for drinks and goodies in the bar for ”breakfast only” - but maybe that's how it should be. Although there was a bad aftertaste. Somehow it felt like, despite the fact that I was ready to pay extra for everything - it was still as if I wasn't Welcome and they were treating me with suspicion. Buying an extra meal for lunch with partial board cost 550 pounds. Dinner was even more expensive - somewhere around 700 (I never went). 2.2) And when I just needed to bring water or tea to the room, I had to remind them several times. And in the end, you have to go to the reception to have this damn water brought to you. And even if they brought it the first time, you had to wait a long time. And if you come and get aggressive, they brought it in 5 minutes. 3) The room is simply dark. There is no chandelier - there are only 3 lamps. And one of them has to be turned off, because it is on the same outlet as the kettle. If you want to heat water, have even less light. It was uncomfortable in the evenings."

"We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beach, everything felt curated and wonderfully maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Atif , the restaurant manager, whose attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated the dining experience. Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Arafah, the talented pie master for his freshly baked pies were a highlight of each day! Highl recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. "Плюсы: Красивый вид из отеля. Очень приветливый парень на ресепшене. Глубокий бассейн, девушка была в восторге, ныряла без остановки (3,4 метра) Минусы: Завтрак, выглядит красиво, но есть нечего, нет омлета или яиц, нет ничего кроме 2 кусочка сыра и фруктового салата. После завтрака идешь нормально покушать в другое место. Интернет нормальный, но каждый день надо заново логиниться и он небыстрый. Пляж арендованный совместно с другими отелями, работает до 18! Что дико неудобно, но это не вина отеля. Кстати бассейн закрывается тоже в 18 и это большой минус, покупаться совершенно негде... В целом отель за свои деньги неплохой и можно там остановиться."
