Scenery: The B&B is surrounded by gardens and there is a mountainside cafe where you can watch the mountains and chat, which is very pleasant. There is also a restaurant under construction in the garden, which is worth looking forward to.
Person: Whether it is the boss sister, Big Beard, or the aunt, or the little girl, they are all very honest and friendly. The cooking made by Big Beard and the aunt is very delicious. We sit in the garden every day and eat the delicious food they cook. Don’t be too happy. People in Nuodeng like to give their children delicious food. We took the baby for a walk around the village, and the baby's belly bulged... There are also three dogs in the B&B. They are not afraid of people and can play with them casually. The baby enjoys playing with them every day. Huh.

This Yunshang Four Seasons Hotel in Yunlong County, Dali is really nice. As soon as I entered the lobby, the girl at the front desk called out my last name directly. I was a little surprised. She also upgraded my room, which made me feel flattered. When I asked her about the nearby fruit store, she enthusiastically introduced Tiantian Supermarket, which solved the problem. If there was not enough water to drink, it was no problem to add two more bottles. This girl had a good service attitude and was skilled in her business, which deserves praise.
The rooms in this hotel are also very large, and the overall feeling is clean and tidy, very comfortable; the bedding is also good; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the water volume, water pressure, and water temperature are also very good; parking is also convenient;

My inn underwent overall renovation of water, electricity, and rooms in August 2024.
The inn is located on the mountainside of Nuodeng Village. In order to get into the village, guests need to go through a parking lot at the foot of the mountain (the parking lot is public and free). After parking, please walk up to Eastern side of Daqingshu (a big tree next to the main square of the village), which takes around 15 minutes (the inn is located around 20 meters above Daqingshu). The straight-line distance from the parking lot is only around 300 meters, but it is still a bit tiring to walk up as the whole village is located on a mountain.
Be careful while walking up in the evening. The village has dim street lights.

This small B&B in Xitingyuan has a small yard and is beautiful and pleasant. The courtyard has stone paths, swings, flowers and plants, a small terrace and Chinese-style buildings, and even a sunken area with a stove. The living environment is very good. There is a puppy and two kittens here. They are both docile and cute.
The room is very unique. We lived on the second floor. We went up the stairs and entered. There are small square windows and exquisite wood-carved windows that can be seen in the distance. You can look up at the wooden roof and ceiling. The interior of the room is very clean.
In addition, there are public restrooms and activity areas, which are very convenient.
The B&B is located on a mountain. It may take a little effort to climb up, but you can pass through many old alleys along the way. The residential buildings are very distinctive and you can have a panoramic view of the distant scenery. There are many special attractions and delicious restaurants around the B&B.
The bosses are a young multinational couple who are very friendly, gentle, and enthusiastic, and take great care of their guests. The night before we left, we also enjoyed making tea by the fire and chatting for a long time. We would also like to express our special thanks to them for their hospitality to us.

I stayed overnight in Nuodeng and chose this guesthouse. It's located halfway up the mountain in Nuodeng. From the parking lot, you walk up a very steep flight of stairs, which lead up to the Jade Emperor Pavilion at the top.
Facilities: The B&B is very nice. The window of my room overlooked a lush bamboo forest, which was very relaxing. It was during the meteor shower, and I thought I couldn't see any due to the thick clouds. But after falling asleep, I was greeted by a starry sky, and I ran to the balcony to fulfill my wish.
Service: The owner, his family, and the housekeeper were all very welcoming, and there was even a cute cat. My only regret was that a family with children stayed there during the summer, which made things a bit noisy. I'd like to stay a few more days here next time I visit Nuodeng.

The price was 149, which was quite cost-effective. We arrived after dark. We climbed up the hill with our kids and bags. We couldn't see the signs and the navigation was wrong. We took the wrong road. Fortunately, the villagers were very enthusiastic and helped to contact the boss to pick us up. They cooked hot meals for us and we ate in the main room. It really felt like home. Before leaving the next day, my brother took us to visit the family museum. They were a very friendly family. Other rooms had better window views and you could see the ancient village.

I found this highly rated inn on Ctrip and booked it with the intention of giving it a try. It was really surprising to find such an elegant inn in Nuodeng Ancient Village, Yunlong County, Dali, a relatively niche tourist destination. The owner of the inn, Xiao Huang, is a very careful and gentle girl. She speaks in an organized manner and is not impatient. I didn’t know how to get to the inn with my heavy luggage. When I called her, she patiently told me how to download a Yunnan travel reservation. In carpooling, he explained clearly how to get the puller to pick me up and carry my luggage to the inn. Especially after arriving, she turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance to cool down and relieve her fatigue. The room is also clean, refreshing, and a bit artistic. After eating delicious ham and egg fried rice, we walked around and took a good nap until eight in the morning. The village is very quiet at night, except for the occasional meowing of cats.

GGuest UserReturning to Guangdong from Deqin Motorcycle Tour, I didn’t have the chance to see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain in Meili this time☹️. With some regrets, I navigated to Nuodeng and chose the highly rated Hemerocallis Lodge. The overall accommodation experience was very good. This was my motorcycle trip. The most restful night of sleep😀. Before I left, I happened to see swallows flying between the eaves of the small courtyard. It turned out that the little ones chose to build their nests on the wooden beams of the small courtyard. Haha, I was lucky to have this small courtyard. There were swallows. Come, good omen✌! Well, I can sort out the regrets caused by Meili’s clouds😄. When writing this review, I should also plan when to come to Hemerocallis House to see the Yanzi family and add some blessings😎.
