Staying at Fujia Liufangyuan, I encountered the slow pace of Nuodeng Ancient Village. The ancient courtyard was serene, with mountain views from the window. The hospitality was warm, making this trip absolutely perfect.

Finally made it to Nuodeng Ancient Village! The hotel's location is excellent, it's new, clean, and tidy. The owner is a local, his family has been here for 21 generations! The ham is delicious, and the food is great.

In Nuodeng, I found a Yunnan that's wilder and more comfortable than Dali or Lijiang. As we walked step by step up the stone steps of the salt wells, it suddenly made sense why the tea-horse caravans stopped here for thousands of years. ⛰️ The mountain rain had just passed, and when I opened the window, there was a sea of clouds and a rainbow right in front of me. The air was filled with the damp, earthy scent of grass and trees.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and cozy, with a fantastic atmosphere. The guesthouse's location is excellent, surrounded by a pleasant environment. It's super convenient, just a one-minute walk to Daqingshu. The area is quiet and beautiful, making for a very relaxing experience. The guesthouse really pays attention to the little details. Breakfast included coffee and fruit, which was a nice touch. It offers great value for money, and we'll definitely be back!

🖊My trip is over, so I have to give a serious review. 🏠A stay that exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The most delightful surprise of this trip was choosing this guesthouse. From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel warm and comfortable. It was the off-season, and the owner upgraded me to the Biluan room type, which was incredibly photogenic. Environment: Located in the heart of Nuodeng, just a one-minute walk from the popular photo spot, Daqingshu (Big Green Tree), it's very easy to find. Facilities: The room is very spacious, perfect for photos, and has a great vacation atmosphere. In the morning, you can smell the fresh grass in the air as soon as you open the window. 💁🖐Service: The owner is very nice and we had a great chat. He enthusiastically planned our itinerary and highly recommended that we visit the Jade Emperor Pavilion on the mountaintop. The Chinese pistache trees at the top are breathtaking and make for amazing photos. 🍚Dining: I highly recommend dining in the restaurant. The auntie there is a great cook. She grows a lot of vegetables herself and took us to the garden to pick them, so we could have vegetables served right after picking them from the field. This is something you can't do in the city.
