"The hotel's hardware is okay, but the software isn't. The service needs improvement. The hair dryer in the room broke, and I called the front desk to get a new one. I waited over 10 minutes before someone came to check. They just tried to see if it was actually broken, and once they confirmed it was, they offered to bring a new one. I waited another 10 minutes. It was my first time washing my hair since arriving in Tibet, and I was so terrified of altitude sickness. Couldn't they have brought a new one the first time they sent someone? My friend had altitude sickness and wanted to have his blood oxygen meter checked, but the front desk said another guest had borrowed it and hadn't returned it, so they couldn't take the test... I was speechless. They're using the Hilton name to offer service that's inferior even to boutique hotels. Consider it a lesson learned..."

The hostel will turn on the heating in advance and help us stop the environmentally friendly sightseeing bus to Mount Everest. The sightseeing bus will also take tourists directly to the hostel door at night! At the same time, the store provides a yak beef hotpot buffet at 78 yuan per person. After the meal, the boss will take you to see the stars. Breakfast includes local eggs and delicious pancakes. The sweet tea is super delicious. In short, the service is perfect! !

Like the room and the hotel being new, has some interesting interior decoration. This is the best hotel to stay outside after the visit to the base camp as the other hotels are older.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I stayed at Pingcuo Kangsang. The first time was in Ranwu Lake in 2023. It is a very trustworthy homestay brand.
It takes 40 minutes to get to the scenic area from Mount Everest Town. There is real-time monitoring of Mount Everest at the front desk. You can make an appointment to go up the mountain according to the weather conditions on the mountain. We originally planned to go up the mountain to watch the sunset on the day of arrival, but it snowed heavily on the mountain. We had no choice but to make an appointment for the car at 6:30 the next day. The front desk can directly help to make an appointment for the scenic area's environmentally friendly car. Get on the car at the hotel entrance 5 minutes in advance, which saves a lot of time. Because it was too early and the restaurant was not open yet, the housekeeper was very considerate to help prepare take-out bread and eight-treasure porridge for breakfast. The room is fully equipped and relieves fatigue very well.

The girls Yiyi and Shanshan at the front desk are very nice. They told me the precautions for going to Tashilhunpo Monastery, the taxi route, and recommended local delicious restaurants to us, which is very practical.
The breakfast is also good. After so many days in Tibet, I finally had a decent breakfast.
The room is well designed, warm and comfortable. There is an oxygen concentrator in the room to supply oxygen. Because I have a little altitude sickness, the girl at the front desk is worried and gave us an extra oxygen concentrator. What makes me happiest is that the humidifier in the room is very effective. Because the air in Tibet is dry, I have been having nosebleeds since entering Tibet, but when I checked into the hotel, I turned on the accelerator, and the nosebleeds were much relieved the next morning.
The hotel environment is comfortable and safe, and the underground parking lot is clean and spacious.
If I have the opportunity to come again, I will stay here again.
