Very close to the Railway station and big shopping malls. Unfortunate that the first room offered had not been cleaned properly but was switched to another room pretty fast. Gym is ok. Staff is friendly. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

From the moment I arrived, their kindness stood out, it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests Although I didn’t receive tea along with the snacks that some other reviews mentioned, I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the snacks I did get. Small touches like this made my stay feel personal and welcoming What I loved most about my time here was simply staying in my room and people-watching from the window. The view was a quiet kind of magic like watching daily life unfold in Zhouzhuang’s water town felt like stepping into another world. The town moves at its own pace, different from anything I’m used to, and it reminded me how refreshing it can be to slow down and truly observe If you’re looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere, wonderful hosts, and the chance to soak in the charm of Zhouzhuang, Guyunfeng Hotel is a great choice. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a small retreat where you can reconnect with the beauty of simple moments P.S. you will have to pay a ticket for 100RMB and good for 3 days. If you stay more than 3 days, you will have to pay ticket for every 3 days or so. You can buy a ticket from vending machines and have your face scanned at the security checkpoints, or buy it manually, take picture on ticket with date then show it to security guards.

The hotel is well-equipped and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and solved the problem of our luggage being stranded in the room in a timely manner. The front desk staff Xiaolin and Xiaoyang were very enthusiastic, and the floor manager Zhu Zhengyuan was also very good, replenishing our mineral water and sending us a bottle of milk in a timely manner. The breakfast was also very good, and I will come again next time!

Stayed one more night and ate the black truffle chicken chop noodles at Su Noodle House. Tea was served as soon as we sat down. We ordered the red soup noodles with Pu'er soft-boiled eggs. The chicken chop tasted quite good when cut. Su Noodle House is on the first floor of Huayu. It is very quiet inside. There is also Suzhou Pingtan in the store. The environment is also good. I recommend everyone to eat there (see the 6th to 8th pictures for details). Whether it is a holiday or Huayu, for the safety of the guests, takeout is not allowed to be delivered upstairs. They are all placed in the takeout cabinet downstairs of Huayu. It is also very convenient to take it. This is not a big problem. Because the twin room I stayed in only had a stool and no sofa, I asked the room service to send a stool (the last picture), and we drank water very quickly, so we asked the room service to send water several times. They were very friendly and the auntie would deliver it immediately. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance, and I will also try to stay in Huayu.

You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality.

I suggest this hotel to be emulated nationwide. This is really the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in. The front desk + guest room are really a store that is doing the hotel with heart. I called in advance to check in on the first day because I had to leave early to Wuxi, so I contacted if I could check in early. The front desk said no problem, they would check in for you first when you arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I also upgraded the room type for free. The front desk will also arrange the floor and direction for you according to your preferences. The room type is also very large and the hygiene is also ok. I stayed there for a longer stay the next day and came back late. After getting the room card, the front desk also sent two breakfasts thoughtfully. Because we were going to Suzhou, the room lady might have seen that we had water. After taking it away, they thoughtfully gave me an extra bottle of water in the room (all drinks in the hotel refrigerator are free to drink). It was really heartwarming to see it when I came back tired from playing. For breakfast, there were sweet and salty tofu pudding, which really took care of the tastes of both the north and the south. There were also special Aozao noodles and Suzhou soup noodles, green rice balls, anyway, everything was prepared. I forgot to take pictures of the room. I used to run a hotel, so I might pay more attention to the details of the hotel. I really have nothing to say about this. The front desk will greet you no matter what time it is, even in the middle of the night. I really strongly recommend that Atour nationwide popularize the management of this hotel, which is much better than some 5-star hotels, and the price-performance ratio is super value✅

The facilities in the room and the environment inside and outside the hotel are good. Very close to the subway station. Although I encountered some episodes this time, the room service staff could handle it properly in time, replace and upgrade the room in time, and the decoration and details in the room were more attentive.

I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example. Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties. Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget. So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.
