The experience was very good. The hotel is very comfortable and has a good views. Andy is very kind and attentive, she received me with a beautifull smile and gave me a very complete explanation about the hotel, services, and some spots to visit. During the stay, she was allways attentive to my comfort. When I leave, I forgot my laptop at the room. Fortunately Andy take care of it and she sent it to my home very fast, it arrived in a few hours. Thank you very much!!.

Because I stayed here on a business trip 3 years ago and had a very good experience, I chose this hotel without hesitation for this Qingming Huzhou tour. The hotel is in the city center, and the distance to Huzhou Station, Fisherman's Wharf, and Taihu Resort is convenient, and the Iron Buddha Temple, Yishang Street, Xiaoxi Street, Zhuangyuan Street, Feiying Tower, etc. are within walking distance. The hotel rooms are above the 27th floor, and you can see the river view and bridge view from a high place, and you can see the ”toilet ring” from a distance. The hotel's service makes guests feel at home. The front desk (Little Zhao's sister) is very considerate and patient. When you check in, you will be given a Huzhou snack loquat stem, and the hand-made Hu pen is left. The heart warms up when you enter the store. The hotel has complete facilities and equipment, and the service is efficient. After responding to small problems during check-in, they are solved quickly. The breakfast is also rich, with many Huzhou specialty snacks. It is worth recommending!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the lobby is very warm. The facilities in the room are complete, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, and there are many TV programs. I recently stayed at Hilton Huzhou Nanxun and the experience was perfect! I would especially like to give special praise to my exclusive butler NIA, who added WeChat before check-in, patiently answered all my questions, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. Her service is always meticulous. During my stay, whether it was the room floor request, the request to reserve a window seat for dinner at Qingya Chinese Restaurant, or the planning of the travel route, as long as I found her, I could get a quick response and solution. The hotel itself is also very good, with spacious and bright rooms, elegant decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, and complete and clean bathroom facilities. The supporting facilities such as the gym and swimming pool are also well maintained and the experience is excellent. This is the second time I stayed at Garden Mingdu. The first time was in 21 years. It was during the epidemic. The whole stay experience was very good and there were relatively few people. The only thing I want to complain about is breakfast. There are too many people. I arrived at the restaurant at nine o'clock, and there were almost empty plates. The refilling was also not timely. There were many people and it was very chaotic. You need to queue up to cook noodles. It is really a discouragement. It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc…
And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes.
The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

The hotel is a large hotel with over 100 rooms that opened in 2016. Its facilities are a bit old, but basically complete. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the strong aroma of popcorn 🍿, and there are small 🍞 to share. All the staff are dedicated, enthusiastic and polite. The rooms are standard, the towels and bath towels are plastic-wrapped, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. In addition to the two bottles of bottled water provided in the room, you can get more in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Parking is available behind the hotel (scan the QR code when leaving the hotel), and parking is charged in front of the door.

I stayed here for a month for work and was completely conquered by the details! The daily room cleaning even cleans the gaps between the keyboards, and watching TV shows on the projector is more fun than at home. The front desk remembers the preferences of all regular guests and actively lends umbrellas on rainy days, which is very heartwarming. The self-service laundry room also greatly facilitates our guests on business trips. The key geographical location is unbeatable. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and tourist attractions all within walking distance. The free parking spaces reduce the commuting costs. It has become my second home!

I was looking for somewhere peaceful to disconnect, slow down, and just be. I booked this place randomly, mostly because of the terrace, and it turned out to be an amazing choice.
From the very beginning, I felt completely at home. There’s a special kind of energy in this place – calm, warm, grounding. The atmosphere helped me relax immediately. The guesthouse is cozy and full of character, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. I’m not a fan of big hotels, so this place was absolutely perfect for me.
As a lovely bonus, there’s an adorable dog on site who’s always up for playing – especially nice when you’re traveling solo. My room had a projector, so I could create my own little home cinema. I stayed on the top floor, and I highly recommend that room – it’s very spacious, more like an apartment, and it has a skylight so you can watch the stars at night ✨
There’s also food available on-site, and everything I had was truly delicious.
The only small thing I would suggest improving is the signage – the entrance wasn’t very intuitive. Even my taxi driver was a bit confused. At first, I accidentally walked into a basement area that looked a bit off and empty. Clearer signs or a small visible marker by the door would make arrival smoother – especially for first-time guests.
Still, this didn’t affect my overall experience.
I’ve visited many beautiful places before, but sometimes they just didn’t feel quite right. Here, I felt at peace from the very first moment. There’s something good about this place – something hard to explain, but easy to feel.
I traveled alone, but never felt lonely.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

LLisaMy experience at Naked Castle was spectacular. The staff were warm and friendly. Especially Johnson, who is the kindest host. He made sure that my trip went smoothly and welcomed me with sparkling hospitality. Nadia made my stay entertaining and pleasant as she included me in activities, gave an incredible tour of the castle, and her enthusiasm is an undeniable element to the experience of this resort.The facilities are immaculate, cleanliness and user satisfaction are top priority at Naked Castle and I will definitely be returning again soon in the near future.

GGuest UserMost of the time I go out to play, I will first see if there are any B&Bs around. This time it happens to be a group building activity. I feel that the price/performance ratio is quite high when I meet the summer special.
Environment: Taohuayuan Store is a warm style, the surrounding scenery is quite beautiful, very suitable for holiday play, very close to Lingfeng Temple, the next day the experience is also very good
Facilities: It may be a long time to open, some public area facilities are slightly old, I feel that the decorations can also be subtracted, or it will be more practical to change some new ones. Private area: The room is as comfortable as ever
Service: We were received by Xiaoxia butler. We were very gentle and enthusiastic. After checking out, we found that the team members dropped a thing in the east and lost a thing in the west. They were all sorted out and sent back to the package. As always, I like Dale ～.

GGuest UserIt was a trip with a full experience. The park has a beautiful environment, fresh air, and first-class service. Special thanks to the customer service Xiaoyue for her first-class service. I left something in the room after checking out, and I didn't know it myself. She called several times to confirm and helped me to express it. The shuttle bus service was also very good, and every driver had a very good attitude.

OOwen 欧文Our family had an incredible time at Club Med Resort Anji. A standout highlight was the exceptional service provided by Jackie, who helped us arrange everything seamlessly, from children's activities to restaurant reservations. The customer service was exceptional, even surprising us with a room upgrade and delightful gifts for our child.
The resort's environment was both clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for families. The facilities were outstanding, offering a variety of options such as a swimming pool, beach access, soft play areas, and outdoor activities.
We were truly impressed by the diverse culinary offerings, featuring delicious Chinese and Western cuisine choices. Furthermore, the gym and yoga facilities were of high quality, contributing to our overall well-being during the stay.
Summing it up, Club Med Resort Anji proved to be an excellent choice for families seeking a memorable vacation. We highly recommend it for a wonderful family-friendly experience.

CChomiczOverpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement.
I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes
Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes
Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

GGuest UserWe found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location.
It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
