Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.

1⃣️The service attitude is very poor, there is no tissue paper in the room, and even when I called the front desk to bring it to me, it didn't come.
2⃣️The curtains are roll-type and light-transmitting. It lights up at around 4 o'clock in the morning, the room also lights up, and people wake up.

Видно что гостиница новая, постельное и полотенца свежие, а вот пол весь в пыли и пятнах, пришлось перемывать самой. По интернету, имейте ввиду, если у вас андроид, Wi fi работать не будет, работает только у кого iOS. Расположение замечательное

The administrator speaks Russian very well - this was a big plus. The hotel is in a very good location, in the very center of shopping, where all the stores were. But if you are going to relax from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is not for you. And of course, I would like the personal hygiene items (toothpaste, shampoo, gel) to be of a slightly better quality. And I didn't like the shower cabin, it simply wasn't there, it would have been much better with a partition. But basically everything was not bad.

Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.
