The cat butler was incredibly accommodating—he made a grand entrance into our room, greeted us with the warmth of a true professional, and even offered a cuddle service. 10/10 would recommend. The staff? Absolutely purr-fect!

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

Like that the room came with type A & C USB sockets plus even 3 pin . There were individual reading lamp and the breakfast was good. My wife found the mattress a tad soft and its location is a bit far from the city centre and train station. About 15-20 mins walk.

Good hotel which is very near the station. Staff is friendly in explaining everything like city card and the map. This price including breakfast is fair.

A bit distance from Interlaken West station. But very close if you play Paragliding. Room was small. Staff was friendly and introduced near bus station, which was very nice.

The hotel was good. The amenities were a bit disappointing.

Not far from the railway station. The quilt and mattress are very comfortable. The cat is cute and lively. Overall the price is a bit high, but it may be common in Interlaken.

Very expensive

Very clean room and new amenities. Breakfast was provided! Room was quite small but cozy for 2. Host was friendly. No kettle in the room only can use coffee machine for hot water cooking. (Got coffee smell for my water). Host also recommended a nice local restaurant for us to try cheese fondue. However no lift so if come with bulk luggages need to carry them up 1st and 2nd floor. 😭

The location and meals are good. The staffs are easy to communicate.

It's like a hotel with a B&B. The rooms are small and two large suitcases can barely be opened. There is a friendly cat. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is filling. It is 10 minutes away from Interlaken West Station.

The hotel is 10 points clean, the staff is friendly, and there is breakfast, which is pretty good. However, he was not allowed to pour water freely and had to drink it from the water pipe himself. Although he said he could drink it, I also went to the supermarket to buy water. 

The room is spacious and clean. There is a cute cat in the yard.
