The Hey Hotel - Photo Gallery

Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Elegant hotel, just a short walk of 5 minutes away from interlaken west hotel. Bathtub and amenities were superb. Good breakfast too!

In the town of Interlaken, opposite the coop supermarket. The triple room is spacious, but the only thing is that the room is a bit slanted, and it is obvious that part of the bed is crooked. The attic is a bit hot. The breakfast variety is quite rich.

The room wasn't bad and was clean! The breakfast was the most delicious I've ever had in Europe. The scrambled eggs and orange juice were delicious, and there was also hot chocolate. It took too long to get my deposit refunded. When paying city tax, we recommend paying separately rather than from the deposit.

Lightning protection. In a hotel worth over RMB 2,000, the entire 4th floor is an attic. It’s easy to hit your head. It’s small and doesn’t have air conditioning. It also requires a deposit of 50 francs. It’s the first time I encountered someone charging a deposit in Switzerland.

interlaken hey hotel is a hotel in the center of the town, with many tourists, small rooms and slow elevators. The overall feeling is very good, belonging to the domestic economy hotel. The hotel does not provide toiletries, the hotel's water quality is super good, the cold water is very cold, it is snow water in the Alps. If it is a travel recommendation, you can stay here. There are many places to eat around, such as Chinese food, Korean barbecue, and Indian restaurants. Note that the hotel pays a tourist fee of CHF 3.50 per person.

After the tragic experience in France, staying in a hotel in Switzerland is like heaven, the room is clean and tidy, and there is a big balcony. It is very convenient to walk everywhere, and it is very close to the station.
