The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the city. Within walking distance are numerous cafes, shops, business center, cultural facilities, major attractions, pharmacies, ATMs. It offers hour front Desk, restaurant, free private Parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. The rooms ' interior is designed in soothing classical style and equipped with: beds with orthopedic mattresses, wardrobe, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a telephone, a kettle, a bathroom, and some rooms have a Seating area. The hotel offers bathrobes, Slippers and free toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff always at Your service, ready to help resolve any issues.
"It is centrally located, everything is a short walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. It proudly displayed 2024 award for best guest services. It occuoies the 3rd and 4th floor in a commercial building on a Main Street, so it may be a bit noisy for some guests. Unfortunately p, the elevator was not working, which was a problem for 80+ year old man. Luckily one of the staff spoke good  English (which is rare in Chechnya), and he was kind enough to arrange for alternative accommodation in a similar hotel (not as centrally located). Because the stay was already paid for, he took care of payment to the other hotel. Highly recommended (if you don’t mind climbing stairs, unless they fix the elevator) "
