"The hotel's location is great, with many dining options nearby, and we didn't have a single bad meal. The outdoor pool, kept at around 40 degrees Celsius, was a hit with the kids, who had a fantastic time. However, the 38th-floor Sky Food Stall had very limited food choices compared to what we saw on Dianping, which was quite disappointing. Still, the views from upstairs were lovely.
There are two specific issues I need to highlight. For a five-star hotel, the bath towels reeked of a sour, pungent smell, which was shocking! Also, the illuminated makeup mirror next to the sink seemed to have a faulty sensor. It kept flashing all night and couldn't be turned off. Since it was right next to the bathtub's glass door, the flashing light in the dark made it impossible to sleep. I eventually had to cover it with several layers of towels to resolve the problem 😂"
