"We stayed on a 2 Beds Single room with a Nice scenic View of Hallstatt Village. The front disk Manger Elsie was so Accommodating, Helpful and Kind always checking on us on what we need. She was also a Good on speaking English. also giving us some complimentary gifts and others. Also the restaurant staff Joey was so accommodating and prepping us some late diner and also attending on us on the morning breakfast. If you want to have a relaxing place to stay, walk around Hallstatt village will really recommend this place. people here are so nice and Kind. Really enjoyed the stay...."

The room is super big, the bedding is very comfortable, and the daily necessities are of high quality. The electric bicycle presented by the hotel is free and can be ridden for a day. It is super cost-effective. We ride a bike to eat, drink tea, drink coffee nearby... The mountain breeze is blowing, so comfortable. The hotel had a dinner, and there was actually a pot of farm food. The only downside was the breakfast; like most guesthouses, it looked plentiful but the taste was just average. We experienced tea picking (though there wasn't much tea available this season, so we bought some from a nearby auntie) and tea frying. The staff taught us step-by-step, which was quite interesting for tea enthusiasts! They even helped us pack our belongings upon check-out! Overall, the service was great, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Currently, the surrounding facilities are still a bit lacking."

The ground floor rooms were incredibly low; adults couldn't even stand upright, and there were many pillars. It really felt only suitable for children under 1.5 meters tall, which was very strange. The overall ceiling height of the villa wasn't low, and the second floor was quite high, so I'm not sure why the first floor was so cramped. **Hygiene**: The exterior environment was quite clean; we saw staff cleaning the grounds early in the morning. However, the disposable amenities in the room weren't great; I'd recommend bringing your own. **Environment**: The entire resort isn't very large, but it's divided into many themed areas. The wooden villas offered decent privacy, while other themed rooms felt a bit less private. **Service**: The staff were very enthusiastic and even provided breakfast. We arrived too late at the hotel to participate in the outdoor karaoke or other activities. I'd say it was a decent experience, but if we come back, I'd probably opt for a star-rated hotel next time."
