Because I was not clear about the room conditions when booking, I was not so satisfied with the room I booked. GGuest UserThis hotel is truly nestled in the mountains, offering a beautiful environment. The butler service is very attentive, and the rooms are new and clean. The estate is quite large, and the shuttle service from the front desk to the sightseeing vehicles is very convenient. It's a great place for families with kids or for a relaxing fishing vacation.

Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation…
Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left.
The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together.
My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

MM253769****Full marks, excellent review! The service was incredibly warm. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, someone came to greet us and help with our luggage. Any request we had was promptly addressed, and the arrangements were very thoughtful. When it started raining while we were playing on the lawn, someone immediately came with an umbrella to pick us up. Breakfast was so plentiful, I couldn't even finish it all 😝. There were various vegetables in the garden, and it was so delicious to eat what we picked ourselves. Every photo we took turned out amazing; the scenery is incredibly beautiful and so therapeutic. Our whole family was very satisfied. A special thank you to all the staff; this was a truly wonderful trip.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I had stayed there before. The experience was okay, so I booked it again. The room I was given this time had dead bugs on the bedding, and there were more than one or two. I don't know if it was because no one had stayed in the room for a long time or the bedding was not clean. After I checked in, I washed and worked first. I found dead bugs on the bed when I went to bed very late, so I cleaned it myself. The next day, I found the front desk and asked them to help change a set of bedding. The bedding used that night was cleaner. However, I stayed for two consecutive days. When checking in, the front desk only opened a valid room card for one day without informing me. As a result, I went back to the hotel at night and went to the room and ran down to reactivate the room card. The room was very far away, which made people angry. The front desk not only didn't say sorry, but also shirked the responsibility, which was speechless. In short, this experience was quite bad. The room facilities and environment are OK, the price-performance ratio is good, and it would be better if there were fewer strange accidents.

'Grass and Trees Are Interesting' with its vibrant green cover seems to tell tales of nature's delights, while 'Dust,' though simply designed, is profoundly meaningful, like a microcosm of life's myriad forms. A wine glass hanging nearby adds to the relaxed ambiance. Here, with a book in hand and a glass of wine, time itself seems to slow down, allowing the soul to find rest amidst the words and tranquility.
The room was clean and tidy, the service warm, and the facilities complete. You can truly feel that the host has blended high standards with natural vitality. SSiu ChungAlthough I had chosen a room in a high-rise unit when making a reservation, I had to pay extra to stay in the room when I checked in. As a result, I didn't want the lower floor to be too close to the hotel nightclub, so I paid extra to stay in a higher floor.
The room space is satisfactory and consistent with the description, but there is no bathtub equipment. Customer service said that there are no bathtub rooms in the entire hotel.
The breakfast buffet is okay, but there is not much choice of food.
