酒店硬件設施挺好，乾淨清爽，比較新。前台服務很差，有嚴重華人歧視，酒店宣稱7×24小時免費班車服務，每30分鐘一次，但是當我們預訂早班車時，告訴我們所有班車車次都已經滿座了，原來每趟班車只有4個座位，基本都給航司人員，酒店客人不可能有機會，所以所謂機場免費班車是虛假宣傳，酒店前台很**堅稱7×24小時免費班車。我們協調很久，終於答應給我們保留位置，但發現被扣了14美元每人，還不如坐Uber.
