Rooms: The room is quite decent—neither too small nor too big. We could comfortably open one 29-inch and one 24-inch suitcase in the room. Amenities: Every day, two bottles of mineral water are refilled. The slippers provided are reusable plastic ones, so you will use the same slippers throughout your stay. Towels can be changed daily. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but shampoo and bath gel are supplied daily in large bottles. The power sockets are designed for local use and feature a deep, round design commonly found in Korea. Even with a universal adapter, you might face compatibility issues. You can refer to the attached pictures for details about the sockets. The hotel can lend you a connector, but a deposit of 10,000 KRW per connector is required. You can reclaim the deposit when you return the connector. Shower and Toilet: The shower design is not very practical. After taking a shower, water tends to flow into the toilet and basin area, leaving them wet. To manage this, we had to use several towels on the floor to absorb the water, which made the area less convenient. Transport: The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, just beside it. Others: The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, but you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. They also provide luggage storage and have a weighing scale in the lobby to measure your luggage weight. Environment: The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and shops, including Olive Young, Burger King, 7-Eleven, and Lotte Mart. WiFi: The hotel provides free WiFi.

Main complain hotel should publish their free shuttle service timetable from the airport to hotel or make sure airport information counters have this schedule. Arrive after 11pm and asked airport information where to get this shuttle and was given the run around or they guess wildly. Wasted at least half hour walked all over the huge Incheon airport trying to find the shuttle pickup. Finally decided to call hotel phone number to be told shuttle stopped before 11pm. Also your Accor hotel should have dedicated website locally instead of having to go through your worldwide website which restricted local information, biggest downside with Accor group hotels

This was the first accommodation for my trip to Japan with my picky mother. We arrived late and didn't know how far the hotel was from Terminal 2, so I called to ask if we could use the airport shuttle. The website said that I had to make a reservation a day in advance, but I didn't expect much because I called the same evening, but the front desk staff kindly made the reservation and told me where to catch it. As a result, the bus was so late that I couldn't take the shuttle and took a taxi, which cost about 12,000 won. (But it was a bullet taxi with a scary driver, so foreigners might have been a little surprised.) The lobby staff greeted me warmly, and although there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, the simple seasoned chicken and bulgogi rice bowl sold in the lobby were delicious. You can heat it up in the microwave in the lobby and eat it in your room! The room was very spacious and clean, and the goose down and fabric of the blanket were really nice~ The bathroom was very large and had a bathtub, and you could eat ramen, chicken, pasta, etc. through room service, which seemed reasonable in price. The breakfast buffet food was hearty and delicious. I highly recommend it to those who are traveling with their family from Korea.

It's close to Incheon Sheraton Seoul, parking is easy, the view of Central Park is great, and the room is spacious (the furniture has an old feel, but the dignified atmosphere was charming in its own way). Above all, I was impressed by how friendly the staff were ♥ When checking in, I started off in a good mood thanks to Ahn 0-sik's friendly guidance. Even in club lounges and evening cocktails I had a happy day thanks to the kindness of all the staff! Personally, I liked the club lounge on the 22nd floor, but A special lucky draw for ***** New Year's Day will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the 3rd floor. It's actually larger and has more variety of food than expected. It was rather good My husband and I have been to many different 5-star hotels in Korea. The friendliness of our employees and our efforts at events to impress our customers are This place was so good that I had to give it a tip. Facility map The gym equipment, Technogym, is great. It was a bit disappointing that the swimming pool was small, but still. For this price in this location I think it exceeds expectations ˃̵̈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑ ♥ I will come again next time ♥

The transportation to this hotel is free. You can take free shuttle from bus gate number 3 on the 3rd floor of passages terminal. Take a bus going to AICC and get off at E-Mart. For more detail, check out the Incheon Airport HP. The hotel is located underground of the building. Go down to the 1st Basement floor. The hotel may not be facilitated with rest room. It may be located out of the hotel. The wifi code can be found at the front desk. The cleanest of this hotel is not good. Bad smell. But as the price was cheap,I could stand.

Its just awesome ... Rooms are big more than i expected, bathroom also big and clean , counter desk man and lady also so kind people , you can use microwave at the desk area , near to unseo station which 2 stop away from incheon airport t1 it takes only 9 minutes to airport by subway , and also shuttle buses are available so public transports available!!! I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will be looking forward to book again for my next visit to korea !!! Easy to find as well from metro station go out keep going straight pass the signals go straight turn right pass the signal and straight you can see the hotel ... Good hotel overall

The boss service is very good, mainly because the next morning, I also sent the plane for free. I went to the hotel without a car. The boss helped me to pay for it. The taxi fare was about half of the room rate. I was a little embarrassed. 😃

I would always cherish my wonderful stay in Mr. Kim's Guesthouse during my birthday holidays in South Korea. Not far from Unseo train station, I walked from Gate 2 to the place following the directions emailed to me. With a good hearted Korean landlady, the guesthouse was a great transient home. Mrs. Kim let me occupy the vacant triple bedroom which was very clean, complete with amenities and with a wide window ”connecting” me to the outside world. The accommodation was self-catering; and the inclusive breakfast was comprised of cereals, sliced bread, butter, jam, fresh milk, coffee and a selection of Korean teas. The well designed kitchen, dining area and living room were complete with home furnishings. From the guesthouse, Lotte Mart is accessible by walking. Leisurely hiking in the vicinity, you would see convenience stores, local and popular restaurants like Hanoi Garden and Domino's Pizza. I had also visited Sammok Wharf by taking bus number 307 from Gate 1 but due to time factor, I was not able to explore the islands beyond Yeongjong. Staying in Unseo was not a regret for me, as from Incheon International Airport, it's just two train stops away. Although if you wish to enjoy roaming in the city centre, Seoul station is more than a 50-minute train ride. From there, one can navigate around Seoul via its very wide and massive subway network. Indeed, it isn't easy for those who cannot read Korean characters but most signs and directions are translated in English. Like I did, anyone else can survive a holiday in Seoul ... 🤔 😆 🤗 My stay in Mr. Kim's Guesthouse had to an extent, complemented my holidays in South Korea.
