The pool and hotel service is good! The breakfast serving needs to.improve though, but it is cheap so it＇s fair also.

My go-to hotel in Iloilo. Great location. I love the rooms. Cozy, clean, and spacious. Pool and gym are nice. Enjoyed my quick stay. Can't wait to return :)

Great stay.. spacious room, made use of the pool next to Chalet room. Great location adjoining the entertainment precinct. Reception accommodating.

Location is nice since the city is very accessible. We like the ambiance of the whole thing. There are two things my friend and I did not like. 1. There were cockroaches. Idk why. 2. The female receptionist when we checked in at around 4PM on a Friday was not approachable. Illongos have this unique tone or accent when speaking in their dialect and for me who is Cebuano and is not familiar with their dialect kept clarifying what she was saying. Nagtagalog at nag-English na kami but she answered us in a very dismissive way while rolling her eyes.

II had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a pleasant, refreshing scent that made it feel even more inviting. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location wise, the property is near the center of the city. Great customer service, the staff are accommodating.

Perfect location. The room is complete and bathroom seems to be newly refurbished. However, our room wasnt ready during the hotel's alloted check-in time. Wasn't completely clean, with unwanted live critters 🥴.
