Circle Inn Hotel offers clean, spacious rooms and excellent service from friendly staff. The location is convenient, close to attractions and dining options. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which was a slight inconvenience. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d happily return soon.

Just okay. Location is convenient malapit sa lahat. The service is xoxo. They should clean up sana kung may mga bakat ng plantsa para ang next client ay hindi magpalakamalan na sa kanila yun. Yun lang pero ok na rin.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, creating a great first impression. However, the bathroom bedding and curtain appeared to be unwashed and had an unpleasant smell.

Room is clean, staff is accommodating, just that the place nearby isnt really safe during night time. Guard on duty not really helpful. But overall we have a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The hotel is looking a little tired within the room maintenance, broken and loose floor tiles loose fittings on the wall. No refrigerator.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet corner of the city. The swimming pool is a good size and very nice to sit by eating breakfast, The hotel caters more for Filipinos than westerns, which is fun. Look at the picture of breakfast 😍. Yes it's a banana. But it was nice food at a good price. I would recommend the hotel

Thumbs up: Staff are friendly and pleasant Swimming pool is a plus for kids Water is available in every floor Thumbs Down: Pool area not that clean Location is very near the port and market but not near to food courts or eateries.

Unfortunately had a bad experience in being in circle inn, the hotel is good, but the location is totally worse place, and some of the receptionist staff are unknown to a customer dealing and the proper way of a approach and respectfully to a client, it's really upsetting!!! Regarding the coffee shop the staff was very kind and humble as well as helpful, regarding the room, the faucet and washing line was not working properly, as well as no separate pipe for cleaning after use of WC, no toothpaste neither brush available like other hotel's as well as slippers, and they were applying a rule, which grab guy not allowed in the lobby to drop the delivery, totally UN accepted, my first and last time I stayed, I'm sorry to state the truth of what I felt towards, Thank you, hopefully they will look in the subject and do the needful for better prospect, from reception staff to room condition,

Had we been informed, we would have promptly sent our maintenance team to address the problem. While we do not provide dental kits in the rooms, we do sell toothpaste and toothbrushes at the front desk at a minimal cost. Additionally, complimentary slippers are available upon request. Concerning the food delivery policy, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. For the safety of all our guests, we do not allow delivery riders to go to the rooms, and outside food is generally not permitted since we have a restaurant on-site. However, we do make exceptions for food purchased outside by our guests.
