Hotels with Parking in Hyde

Upon arrival at the hotel we was greeted by very friendly ladies on reception, it was a very straightforward check in and to register the car for free parking. When going to the room it was completely spotless and spacious for 2 adults and 1 child we found a very cute gesture of a santa lollipop on our sons bed. The shower was amazing pressure (we miss that shower 😂) in the room there was tea and coffee facilities and if you needed more you could help yourself from reception at any point. One of the days we arrived back at the hotel and our son wasn't feeling very well from the car ride one of the receptionists kindly offered us a can of Sprite to help settle his stomach, and Christmas day when we opened the bedroom door they had left a selection box outside the door which was a very nice touch 😊 We truly cannot fault the hotel in anyway at all and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area. Thank you ❤️

I stayed here for 3 nights, 2 nights no problems, 1 night had noise from next doors room. Eventually I decided to report to reception and James was brilliant he moved my room without any delay or disruption. The next day I explained to Aamir on reception that I was kept up until early hours and he allowed me to use the room discretionary until 1pm which allowed me to have more sleep, and when travelling home is I felt more comfortable being alert whilst driving. Both members are an asset to the hotel's team, well done.
