My recent stay at the Huzhou Moon Hotel completely exceeded all expectations, especially the Sunrise Lake View room and the exceptional service from our butler, 'Xia Jiao Huang.' It truly left a lasting impression, and I simply had to share my glowing review! Let's start with the room – choosing the Sunrise Lake View room was absolutely the right decision! Waking up and drawing the curtains in the morning, the breathtaking panorama of Taihu Lake unfolded completely before my eyes. The distant lake surface was painted a warm golden hue by the rising sun, its shimmering waters looking like countless scattered diamonds. It instantly brightened my mood and set a wonderful tone for the day. The room's design was also very stylish – modern yet incredibly cozy. I could enjoy the lake view right from the plush bed, and in the evening, witness the glorious sunset glow. This immersive lakefront experience was simply incredible. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, 'Xia Jiao Huang'! From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He proactively introduced us to the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area, with a warm yet professional demeanor. During our stay, I requested a bath sachet, and it was delivered within minutes. Whether I had a question or needed anything, he always responded quickly and efficiently. This level of meticulous and personalized service truly enhanced our stay! Nearby attractions are also well worth exploring. The hotel is conveniently located close to Taihu Ancient Town, making it easy to stroll around in the evening, admire the nightscapes, and catch a light show. The ancient architecture, illuminated by dazzling lights, created an incredible atmosphere. If you prefer natural scenery, I also recommend visiting Nanxun Ancient Town to experience the gentle charm of a Jiangnan water town. It's not too far from the hotel by car, perfect for a half-day excursion. Overall, our stay at the Huzhou Moon Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The stunning views from the Sunrise Lake View room were captivating, and 'Xia Jiao Huang's' service was exceptionally warm and helpful. Next time I visit Huzhou, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The location of this hotel is superb, close to Taihu Lake, with a good environment and convenient parking. The facilities in the room are also quite complete, and the bed is very soft and comfortable. The service attitude of the waiters is also very good, especially the front desk Xiao Cai is very enthusiastic to help solve problems. There are shopping centers and markets near the hotel, which are very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. There are all kinds of snacks next to it, which is economical and suitable for travel and business trips. In short, this accommodation experience is superb, and I recommend it to my friends to try it.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Service: Butler service, considerate and thoughtful, warm communication on WeChat throughout the whole process. Didi, the butler, confirmed with me in advance when I checked in, and also upgraded me to a room with an unbeatable view for free. No environment or direction in the villa can compare to the view from my room. Because I arrived at the store very late, Didi still cared about whether I arrived safely. During my stay, I didn’t have enough toiletries. Didi sent me two bags of daily necessities in 1 minute and recommended me a lot of local delicacies and delicious lemon milk. Location: The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The hotel service is very good, with a 24-hour shuttle bus. The driver helped with the luggage throughout the whole process, and also introduced it to the customers. His driving skills are also extremely stable. During our stay, our family had a happy weekend, so I strongly recommend everyone to stay and recommend my butler Didi to everyone! I will definitely come again

Staying at Nantaihu All Villa Resort Villa Hotel is a surprise! The villa has its own courtyard and private soup. It is super comfortable to sit in the courtyard and drink tea in the evening and soak in the hot springs. The room design is elegant and the bedding is soft enough to make people think of. The breakfast is rich in variety, the fresh noodles and Dingsheng cakes must be tasted, and the fried eggs with silver fish ordered at the Chinese restaurant for dinner are fresh and tender. Butler Ahao, the service is intimate, and he takes the initiative to help with luggage. Not far from the Moon Square, you can walk there, next time you come to Huzhou, you will still live here!

The hotel is located in the mountains, winding up, with a cool breeze. Although it is a little inconvenient to travel, a shuttle bus is provided, and the service is very considerate. The room has a small balcony facing the lake view with a wide view. In addition, the hotel is also very close to Moon Bay. It is very pleasant to take a walk. If there is a chance, I will choose to drive here.

The room was incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the large screen TV was perfect for watching. As a family of three traveling with a dog, finding suitable accommodation can often be quite challenging, so we really appreciated this place. The soundproofing here is excellent. Facilities: The hotel is new and modern. Although the front desk is located on the second floor, the overall interior environment is fantastic. The AC was very efficient, keeping the room cool, and it was perfectly comfortable for three people. The Bluetooth unlock feature was also super convenient. Cleanliness: The floor was a little dusty, but nothing major or concerning. Ambiance: Very pleasant and comfortable. Service: Excellent! The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. She even proactively sent me the location of electric vehicle charging stations and patiently showed me how to use the TV.

We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

This hotel is not at all foreigner-friendly. Since I am vegetarian, I asked the restaurant to serve me something of my choice (which was included in my booking), but they refrained to do so, and even when I asked them to just give me salad, they charged me extra for that. I also asked if they could make me french fries, which is simple, but they didn't care and didn't provide me. The staff also guaranteed me to provide during breakfast, but the chef denied it. The food was not at all good. I booked it at the hotel so i don't have to go out in search of meal in different city but Not happy after paying so much.

The room is very big, with three floors. There is a spa room, a mahjong room, and a private outdoor hot spring. It was windy that day, so I contacted the housekeeper and someone came to clean up the leaves immediately. I would like to give a special mention to my housekeeper Tina. I have stayed in many five-star suites or villas at home and abroad. I think Tina's service is the most professional and attentive. In addition to the basics, she also sent me all the travel guides in Huzhou. The guides are very detailed, including scenic spot guide maps and performance times. Because of this, this trip to Huzhou was very pleasant and trouble-free. I also left something there and she sent it to me as soon as possible.
