But I arrived at the hotel at 10 o’clock. I waited for half an hour to check in but it was not completed. The manager came to apologize to me and said that Ctrip had cancelled your order. We couldn’t find any new orders no matter how we checked. We tried to contact Ctrip but couldn’t get in touch. It’s recommended that you pay it yourself or contact them at this late hour! This is the second time that Ctrip made a mistake in booking a hotel for me in the three days I came to Egypt! ! The first time was in Cairo. There was an order but no room! I told Ctrip to check the subsequent orders, but it made another mistake! I contacted a Ctrip specialist and it took me until midnight. I used my international long-distance specialist to talk to the manager for nearly an hour, and they asked me to pay the fee by credit card before I could check in! I found the elderly and children again. They were all asleep on the bench in the hotel lobby! They were cold and hungry. There was a free dinner that night, but the restaurant was closed. I almost cried. Ctrip treated a 70-year-old man and a 10-year-old child like this! This is how we feel displaced overseas during the Spring Festival! I complained to the backend, but it has not been resolved in seven days. Please give me an explanation. Why did the hotel have problems twice! Can Ctrip still be trusted?
