Because I had a sea trip, I wanted to take a bathrobe with me. At night, I called the hotel's landline and asked them to send me the bathrobe I did not have. The attitude of the front desk was very bad and told me that there was no bathrobe at the moment, so my attitude was also very tough. I said that every room should be equipped with a bathrobe, but there was no bathrobe when I checked in, but you should have this in stock. I don't care whether you don't want to give it to me or find it troublesome, but I must get my bathrobe within 10 minutes. Do you understand? The person who answered the phone at the front desk probably thought that I was too aggressive, so he sent my bathrobe within 10 minutes. 3. My sunglasses were missing. They also coerced me to write about what happened. Later, I insisted to him and they agreed to send someone to help me negotiate with the police, but he told me that it was not possible to say that someone stole the things, but that it was my fault, that I lost the sunglasses myself. I was on a transatlantic call to contact Ctrip the whole time, so I have a recording of the whole thing that is absolutely true. Well, then we arrived the next day, because it was almost one o'clock in the morning, it was really late, I wanted to rest, because I had to go to Cairo the next day, so I went home. I woke up by myself at 6:30 the next morning, and then I looked for guides on Xiaohongshu and found that the tourist police's phone number could speak English, so I called the tourist police myself, and this was just the beginning of the nightmare. Because when I arrived at the hotel front desk, the police had already arrived before me, so they had already had some exchanges with the hotel. I don’t know what they said, but the police’s attitude was very arrogant. He kept emphasizing that it was not them who stole the sunglasses, but my own problem. I bought insurance at the time, and I didn’t really care whether someone stole it. I just wanted the hotel and the police to give me a certificate that my things were lost at their place. But the police was also very uncooperative. He said it would take two weeks to get a certificate, and during that time I would have to go to the police station many times, and I had to go in person. This was a very unreasonable request. I had a recording at the time. After he found out that I had recorded it, he snatched my phone away, deleted the recording, and threatened me to call the tourism police switchboard to say that the matter had been resolved. 4. I almost escaped from the hotel. I left a rope and a charging cable there. Of course, the value of these things is very low. The hotel found my friend and said that something was left there. But the reason they detained my things and did not return them was that I did not send them an email. But first, the hotel did not contact me to let me send them an email. Second, they knew that my friend and I knew each other, but they also detained my things and illegally detained my things. Now the situation is like this. I asked for a refund of my hotel fees, but the hotel did not agree. So I strongly recommend that you do not stay in this hotel. The experience is really bad. 

The beach in this area is the first choice, the sea water and the beach are very good! And there are no tour groups, the quality can be guaranteed! The food is very good, with a wide variety of high quality, and almost every meal is different! Especially the two small bays formed by the bay are very interesting There are many swimming pools in the hotel, at least 4. There are also super large children's entertainment facilities! Go out and walk a few steps to the right, there are many small commodity shops, and many small things are worth buying if you take your time! I like this hotel very much! The interior decoration of the room is slightly average, which is almost the only shortcoming I think! But you won't spend too much time in the room, so it's acceptable! In short, it's very cost-effective! Highly recommended!

The hotel's supporting facilities are simply great, and it includes all meals. It's the best value for money. It has its own beach and sea area. You can see different beautiful scenery without leaving the hotel. The entertainment facilities are also very rich. My family and friends are very satisfied. .

The room was very large, and we were allotted two 4-and-a-half-foot rooms. The front window could see the swimming pool downstairs and the sea in the distance. Three meals buffet with rich dishes. There are more desserts, and beer and cocktails are free. The hotel has a large range of activities. In addition to the U-shaped building (accommodation building), there are several swimming pools, which are 300-500 meters apart. Further forward, there is the sea surrounding the sea, as well as beaches and beach chairs. There are also shops and beach volleyball on one side. Beach basketball and billiards, as well as water sports facilities.

Overall good. The room is spacious. The food is decent. The environment is good and suitable for lying down.

The hotel is very large and has several swimming pools inside. However, because I went there in February, it was a bit cold to swim in the water so I didn’t swim. There are also slides like those in a water park, which feels very suitable for a vacation. However, the hotel attendant took us to the wrong building when he first took us to the room, which made us feel confused. The hotel includes three meals, but that's it, the taste is quite average.

Dead Sea is very beautiful!! It’s color is unique and stunning, their quiet waves are just perfect to relax and enjoy other part of this beautiful country! My country is rounded by many beaches but I have never seen that kind of colour in the water!!! I went as a tourist so spent my days in a hotel and it’s all I wanted to enjoy, eating and having fun with my family and friends

Hotel is with beautiful view and good location. Personal and animators are very friendly and helpful. I can say, that staff are amazing. Rooms are very clean and spacy. I found there my best desserts - waffles and ice creams ❤️. This hotel would definitely reccomended!

We had family room, it was really huge with 2 bedrooms. Kids had their own beds, 100cm wide each. Food was really good, maybe the best we ever experienced. Really big collection of cakes, so that everyone could find his own. Akvapark was fantastic. Not so many people in november, so short waiting times and you could.enjoy yourself. People working here were amazing. Great animation team, kids were playing games.everyday with them. Lagoon was beautiful, with tourquis water, but watter was colder in november. You need.water shoes to go to lagoon.

The perfect hotel, I came here with my best friend for the first time and have loved it! The staff and animators are amazing rooms are very clean and is in good location to the airport:) would definitely reccomended! There are a lot of food choices aswell!

We got a big pleasure to stay a week in this hotel! Very big hotel, 3 restaurants ( Italian, oriental, Mexican cuisine), 3+ pools, comfortable schedule of breakfast, lunch, dinner! Funny attractions for kids! Animators team everyday come up with new games, activities! Nice lagoon, about drinks: 24/7 bar on reception, till 00:00 bar on the beach! Well…it’s for real 5* hotel! Great!
