A superb hotel with excellent services. Room is spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the West Lake from the room. Everything is in perfect order and well organized. Kande International will be my only choice for staying at Hui Cheng District. All the hotel staff are friendly. Kelberly at the Front Desk is particularly helpful and courteous who provides excellent services making my stay at Kande to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences in China. Thank you and for sure I will stay at Kande again when I visit Hui Cheng next time.

The environment of the hotel is very beautiful and quiet, especially the surrounding greenery is like a big garden, very beautiful. The whole hotel is very big, worthy of being a Sheraton, the hygiene is very good and the service is good, especially the lady in the restaurant 🧍♀️. I was amazed when I came to Huizhou on this trip. My friend recommended the Crowne Plaza Hotel to me. When I arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the surrounding environment to me. He was very attentive and also sent me breakfast. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with my family and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times. One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

A colleague recommended it to me. It's more expensive on weekends than on weekdays, but parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces. It costs 60 yuan for 24 hours. The front desk upgraded our room to a one-bedroom and one-living room with sea view and a large balcony. It's very romantic and relaxing to sit on the balcony at night and eat barbecue and watch fireworks. The bad thing is that the air-conditioning is not enough to cool the room. It's still very hot when you turn on the air-conditioning when you sleep at night. As for the beach, we live in a building, but there are only 15 buildings in the whole community that can directly access the beach, so we have to walk a long way. There are a lot of people in the summer vacation, and the beach is crowded. The sand is very fine, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a night market nearby at night, where you can eat and drink. It's worth going out for fun.

The location is great, but the place must work on a few things: First, the beds were really hard, not confortable at all to sleep. Secondly, we had to build up our own curtain since the ones in the apartment are not good enough to cover up the lights from outside (the sun brightness is uncomfortable), so be prepare to wake up at sun will. Not enough utensils to cook and the ones available were not at its best hygiene. Also, we believe the balcony should have more safety protection (do not recommend if you have kids). Last but not least, the AC’s are not cool enough (in our opinion), taking into consideration that the weather temperatures are high and it’s a humid area. Other than these, the apartment it’s in a great location, right in front of the sea, very beautiful view. Would stay again? Don’t think so, but for the price it’s ok. Note: please be sure to call the staff before your arrival or add them on WeChat for address reference, as we spent almost an hour to find the apartment.

Noble Badge Hotel was intentionally the first stop in my travels to China this year. Having lived near it when I was little, this particular stay was a highly anticipated highlight of my trip. It did not disappoint and surpassed my expectations in terms of the warmth and hospitality that was shown to me by the entire staff. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms towards the upper levels, and the amenities are more than sufficient for my needs. The fact that after more than two decades, the hotel facilities are still in excellent condition really reflects the high quality construction and build of the hotel. The food was delicious - both at the breakfast buffet and at the Fortuna Chinese Restaurant on the third floor. However, what was truly outstanding was the service. Everyone who greeted me, especially the 大堂经理许亚敏先生 and 钟显梅女士, showed me the utmost respect and attention to detail, going above and beyond to take care of my needs when I was in a time crunch. They even gave me a tour of the hotel and highlighted the major upgrades to the hotel over the years. The glass elevators up to the top is essentially a free observatory with great views of the city. My stay here was beyond satisfactory and I will highly recommend it to others.
