First of all, the sanitation is OK. After all, you get what you pay for! The facilities are OK, the water supply is large, and the room type is a little bit small! There is no problem with the hotel hardware! The bad review is because of the service attitude. I don’t know where the takeaway was sent. I asked the robot to deliver it... This is the first time I have encountered such a ** robot. I had to go down to get it! Then, the air conditioner was not very cold, so I called the front desk. The front desk replied that maybe I adjusted it too high... It was not very cold at 19 degrees...??? I asked him to come up and check it himself, but he didn’t come... The service attitude should be improved. There was no room upgrade (they said there was no room to upgrade... I don’t know if it’s true or not. I arrived at the hotel around 2 o’clock if I remember correctly)

The room is very large, well-equipped, clean and hygienic, with a good view outside the window, close to the bus station, and convenient for travel. The young lady at the front desk was very nice, helped me upgrade the superior bed room for free and arranged a late check-out. The breakfast was very rich, the overall accommodation experience was excellent, and the first choice for business trips to Zhongkai.

五一假期家庭出遊，在攜程上看到這家酒店離西湖很近，加之在常平也住過柏曼，就選擇了它。 酒店確實離菱湖很近，步行也就十幾分鍾，就算去西湖小北門，步行大概二十幾分鍾。 酒店是棟老房子，隔音也不太好，但陳設很用心，裏面的床上用品，毛巾等很乾凈。 更重要的是工作人員小姐姐們都很熱情，親切，明顯受過良好的培訓，讓人感受到了賓至如歸。 酒店的停車位有些緊張，不過酒店對面的馬路可以停車（也許是因為假期的關係，沒有交警抄牌）。我把車開出去，回來沒車位，兩個小姐姐很熱心地幫我找車位。
