Summary of Scores: Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable. Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room. Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes. Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

The hotel has a great environment, is clean and well-maintained, and Little Luo, the housekeeper, provides super attentive service; she responds promptly to any issues and is highly efficient; the overall experience is top-notch, and it deserves a five-star rating; I will definitely come back next time![ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]

This hotel is perfect for family trips. It's very close to the beach; you literally step from the pool straight onto the sand. Although the beach is shared, it's very clean and has plenty of sun loungers and rinsing stations for feet and bodies, so there's no queue. For a National Day holiday, there weren't too many people on the beach, and I imagine it's even less crowded on a regular weekend. Around 3 or 4 PM, the hotel's shadow gradually covers the beach, so even those who are sun-sensitive can still enjoy playing in the sand in the afternoon. The waves close to the shore are quite big, not ideal for swimming but great for surfing, and there's a surf club nearby. If you don't want to surf, just floating in a large swim ring near the shore to feel the waves is also a lot of fun. The street right outside the hotel is lined with various restaurants, a McDonald's, bubble tea shops, and even a fireworks store. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby, making it extremely convenient. The mini-mart inside the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. As for the rooms, the Sky Tower is closest to the sea, offering the most spectacular ocean views. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, the moonrise in the afternoon, and enjoy the moon at night. The twin-bed rooms in the Sky Tower are exceptionally well-suited for families, featuring double sinks, a walk-in closet, a spacious desk (large enough for three people to sit around), ample seating, and a large bathtub on the balcony. The fully separate shower room has a changing area designed within it, equipped with plenty of shelving for clothes, and even includes shower slippers. Room amenities are also plentiful, with six bottles of water provided daily, plus a complimentary bathtub liner, steam eye masks, and mosquito repellent patches – very thoughtful. During our stay over the National Day holiday, it was quite busy, but the lobby offered welcome drinks, which was a nice touch. They also provided a DIY fruit and snack buffet upon check-in, where you could pick your own fruits or snacks, which is much more popular with children than simply being given a pre-selected welcome fruit. The hotel's pools offer a lot of variety, with plenty of shaded areas provided by greenery, so it doesn't get too sunny. The highlight is the abundance of free inflatable floats and kickboards, which kept us entertained for a long time. My favorite was the infinity pool on the 32nd floor of the Sky Tower, which stays open until 11 PM, allowing you to swim while admiring the moon over the sea. Indoors, there's a cinema, KTV, billiards, archery, and a pretty large kids' play area, so you never have to worry about getting bored. Furthermore, the hotel's accessibility design is excellent. Whether going to the beach or the outdoor pool on the first floor, there are no stairs; everything is ramped, and slippery areas have anti-slip mats. This is much better than the Le Méridien Xiaojing Bay and shows the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests. However, perhaps because it was during the National Day holiday, some staff members seemed to lack sufficient training and spoke rather stiffly. The charging spots in the parking lot were few, and the charging instructions were inadequate. The pendant light next to the bed in the room was too close to the bed, making it easy to bump into (luckily, the light is round and lightweight). Nevertheless, these minor issues don't overshadow the many highlights of the hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied and have made many wonderful memories here. I will definitely visit again.

What started as a routine booking turned into an unexpected room upgrade – upon entering, the more spacious room and thoughtful arrangements instantly melted away much of my travel fatigue. A big thank you to the lovely front desk lady! At breakfast each morning, the plate of fresh, plump fruit was a clear testament to the care put in; the sweet sunshine mingled with the fruit's aroma, becoming the perfect start to the day. Thank you, Gaoli from the restaurant! What surprised me most was at check-out, receiving a substantial parting gift. It felt as if the hotel's warmth was packed right into my luggage. Thank you, Ayun! These acts of kindness hidden in the details transformed my brief stay into an unforgettable memory. Thank you for treating every guest with such sincerity. This stay was good. The room was quite satisfactory. High cost performance. The sea view was great👍. The housekeeper Xiao Zhong provided good service and helped arrange a sea view room on a high floor👍 according to needs. He also helped to delay the check-out time

Santorini in China: A Hidden Gem by the Sea Nestled away, the Santorini seaside resort is like a slice of Greece right here in China! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. My stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had the best time. They were incredibly helpful, always there with a smile, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their thoughtfulness made our stay truly special, and they were so accommodating to all our requests. The resort looks exactly like the pictures, if not even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail in meeting our needs was remarkable. We were offered wonderful perks, such as photo shoots, that added a touch of magic to our trip and helped create memories that will last a lifetime. I should mention that while there aren't as many foreigners here, and it doesn't have all the western - style facilities that some might be used to, it actually made for a unique and peaceful experience. A special shout - out goes to Chloe! She was an absolute star. Her assistance throughout our stay was invaluable. She's super sweet, thoughtful, and although a bit shy, she's truly awesome. Her efforts really made our stay at the Santorini seaside resort unforgettable. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a holiday getaway. I will definitely come back!

😍 The massive floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely stunning! Offering a completely unobstructed, front-row ocean view, the boundless blue outside stretches endlessly to the horizon. During the day, you can watch the rhythmic ebb and flow of the waves, and as evening falls, witness the sunset painting the ocean a vibrant orange. Even just staring out becomes a sheer delight! 😘 The bathtub in the room was such a pleasant surprise! While soaking, your gaze perfectly lands on the sea, and listening to the waves, all your stress just melts away in the water. It's so therapeutic, you won't want to get out! What's more, the bed directly faces the ocean. The next morning, there's no need to rush to crowded attractions; simply pull back the curtains and wake up to a breathtaking pink-orange sunrise!

The facilities are complete, and the room is equipped with comfortable beds, private bathrooms and high-quality furniture. The sanitation of the homestay is very good. There are professional cleaners who clean every day and keep the room clean and tidy. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there are many attractions and shopping centers around, which is very convenient for travel. Our butler, Jia Li, provided exceptional service. The room she arranged for us was particularly nice, and the location is very close to the beach. It was quite crowded during the May Day holiday. In the evenings, there were free fireworks displays to watch, which was a pleasant surprise, although they did start a little late. Overall, it was still a great experience.
