I booked a two room villa they gave me a 3 room villa because they didn’t have some in a two room. Generally that would be awesome but they locked the 3rd room door 😂. It was not the soft furniture I ordered it was hard wood furniture because it was not the room we booked. The bathroom in the main room was cracked , the bath in the other room was wobbly on it’s legs and too dangerous to use . The “hot tub” by the pool jets didn’t work, and the water just kept draining (no actual drain) so constantly used water. There was NO kitchen amenities as in cooking utensils . There was only one pot. No cutlery . Some glasses and wine glasses no mugs for coffee. No spatchula or anything. , the pool is great but the water was a bit dirty and the lights in the pool didn’t work at all so my kids could not swim in the evening which ruined the whole idea of a villa with a pool.It’s a decent location and lovely facilities if they maintained them better . The beds are also really hard so if you like a hard bed you will be fine.

Very suitable for parents and children, bathtub, hot spring pool, swimming pool, large living room, meet the needs of weekend vacation. The housekeeper service is very good, knowing the number of guests, free upgrade; when it rains, the swimming pool is turned on for constant temperature heating. Highly recommended for nearby vacations;

The room is very spacious and suitable for daydreaming. The swimming pool is beautiful. The service is very good, and breakfast is delivered to your door. The housekeeper loves to smile and is very handsome! Pet-friendly!!! The hot spring bath is small but quite comfortable. The mahjong table cannot be used, which is a pity. It would be better if the kitchen facilities were more complete.

The environment is average, the hardware facilities are also relatively old, the hot spring pool is very small (2-person pool), the swimming pool is actually a highlight, but you can't swim [the weather is 26 degrees, you can swim, but I asked the housekeeper to fill the water for swimming (when I arrived at the store, the pool was only one-third full), and they said they couldn't coordinate the problem of filling the water and couldn't solve it], it was left unused, what a pity! The housekeeper service is still okay.

Booked a twin room, but when checking in at 6pm, they said it was not cleaned well, and they said they would upgrade to two single rooms. The room occupancy rate was low, and there was a noticeable musty smell, and there were blood stains on the small bed sheets. The bathroom also smelled bad, and it was uncomfortable to live in. Breakfast was provided at 8/10, and it was not delivered until 8:30 when I asked for it at 8. I wanted to be close to the club and play golf, but I didn't expect to step into a pit. The club said that this hotel has a bad reputation!

The service is good, and all the catering services are provided on site. The room is very big. It is nice haha

We are two families of four and three children. We have a suite for each family, as well as a living room and dining room. Because it is not a holiday, there are not many people. The housekeepers are very attentive and cost-effective. There is a private swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun with the small bubble pool and would recommend it to friends.

Although the hotel is not new, it is well maintained and clean. The front desk and housekeeper services are very good. You can basically ask them for any questions. There are restaurants and entertainment, so it is quite convenient for the family to relax.

I went there twice in the same month. I felt the space was quite large. The swimming pool and water were very clean. The housekeepers in the villa were also very friendly. I got along well with the service staff. I will come back next time.
