BEST HOTEL IN THE TOWN

The Hotel is really nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. The night desk staff and young make manager needs some training in working with foreigners. The check in process was unnecessarily long and when we had a confusion, a translator had to contact the general manager on the phone to solve the problem after 45 minutes of back and forth on transaction applications ! . This is a nice hotel, it’s a shame that the night staff isn’t more international.

It was quite satisfactory during the Spring Festival. There was no parking space, so I parked at the RT-Mart next door. The room was relatively large. The breakfast was rich in variety.

The hotel is very good, clean and well-equipped. We booked two rooms, and the hot water in one of them was brownish yellow. We reported it to the customer service, but the staff still couldn't fix it after two attempts. We struggled until 11 o'clock and were a little frustrated. In the end, we didn't take a shower. We reported it to the front desk the next day, and the attitude was very good. They helped us solve it quickly. I hope the hotel can investigate the problem. It shouldn't happen in a five-star hotel.

The first stay was a bad experience. The bathtub was covered with dirt when I wanted to take a bath. The towels also had the eyelid stickers of the previous guest.

The room is average, the breakfast is average, 500 a night is considered poor for a stay in a county town, the service is not special, the breakfast service is indifferent, and the overall service is average. It does not meet the five-star standard of the hotel. Leave.
