Great convenience location and clean. We enjoyed their Bun Bo Hue better than the place we had the night before

It is within walking distance of the downtown area and is also close to the river, making it easily accessible.

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.

The property has very cool, clean, and nice decor. The staff was excellent anytime we needed anything, especially Van Duc, who helped us secure a jeep tour to Da Nang. He was very helpful during this process and continued to check to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel is very economical. I recommend staying at this property.

This hotel don't have shower in the bathroom, very inconvenient. But the location is great, the breakfast is multi choice and yummy. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel, very close to the ancient city of Hue, with famous food nearby, many European and American tourists, rich breakfast, suitable for most people's taste, worth recommending

My wife and I stayed for 3 days in early April 2025. I can confidently say that this is one of the best 5* hotels. Simply a royal lobby, friendly and competent staff. A spacious clean room with stained glass windows. I especially liked the solid and functional furniture, which is sorely lacking in other hotels. Delicious breakfasts, the restaurant is divided into an open and closed area, which is very good. Nearby is a picturesque embankment and the local Volgina Street, many cafes and shops. Definitely 5 out of 5.

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are large, spacious and clean, the furniture is classic and simple, the bathroom is spacious and fully equipped with a flush toilet. A hot spring bath is provided. The hotel provides indoor SPA, etc. The breakfast is rich, the Vietnamese rice noodles are especially delicious, and the meals are rich. The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. It is worth recommending 👍
