The room is nice, but the breakfast is really bad. The cold dishes look like some pickles, there are 3 hot dishes, and the plate I picked up was greasy and not cleaned. This configuration is really not in line with the four-star rating. I feel that it is not as good as other 25 yuan breakfast buffets, hahaha, but the service of the front desk staff is very good, gentle and enthusiastic.

Hotel located about 1km from the entrance to the Huangshan mountains (Southern Gate entrance), quick walk through town or you can call a taxi. Exceptional cleanliness: lobby, corridors, and the room itself. Clean and sanitized bathrooms, bed and bedding, and smoke-free as promised. A/C was working as was the hot/cold water in the standing shower, no broken or dimmed lights in the room I booked. Hotel has a free laundry room on the 6th floor as promised but the facility only has two washing machines and two dryers, all four machines were working during my stay.

Originally, I booked a superior twin room at will. I didn't expect that when I checked in, the young lady at the front desk was very caring and took the initiative to help us upgrade to some lake view rooms. The moment I opened the curtains, the lake and the distant mountains had a panoramic view, as if the fatigue of the whole journey was relieved. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, the mattress was very comfortable, and I woke up refreshed. The details are also surprising, such as the intimate fruit, the neatly arranged facilities, even if it is some small arrangements, people feel the hotel's intentions. Special thanks to the young lady at the front desk. She not only was gentle and meticulous when checking in, but also patiently introduced us to the surrounding environment and travel methods. Her intimate reminder and sincere smile make us feel a home away from home in a strange city. It is with her attentive service that the beginning of this journey looks particularly beautiful. The location of the hotel is also ideal, walking out of the gate and less than 200 meters to reach the lake pier. The lake in the morning is lightly smog, the sun is shining at dusk, and a walk around at will is a rare romantic moment. For couples, this environment is simply perfect. Overall, the experience of this stay far exceeded expectations. Whether it is the comfort of the room, the professionalism of the service, or the location of the hotel, it makes people feel that it is excellent value for money. Most importantly, this time has become particularly unforgettable due to the hotel's intentions and the enthusiasm of the front desk lady. If you come back later, you will not hesitate to choose here.
