There are many types of meals, fresh and delicious! 👍, but I hope it will be more hygienic to restrict everyone to wearing masks when picking up meals. The waiters are also very good!

Perfectly located across from the train station. Bus station is also only a 3 minute walk. Staff was very nice and helpful. Surprisingly they have a simple yet efficient breakfast service to start your day. I don't eat ham but they had cheese, peanut butter, butter and jam selection. The lady who is in charge of breakfast was working very hard. She was constantly replenishing items for breakfast. I stayed in a dormitory room. The beds were very comfortable. I stayed for one night. The toilet and shower are inside the room of 4 beds. So if you are staying more than 1 day if you are lucky to have quiet roommates. It may not be easy. If I have a suggestion that would be alcohol spray and room spray since 4 people can use the toilet at any time. Overall, I recommend the WOW hostel Hualien. Their art work on the floors and decorations are very nice.

The environmental facilities and staff services are excellent, the food supply is also good, and there are free bicycle rental services. It is definitely the number one high-quality hotel that people will want to come back to!

Location - Hotel was a bit far from the train station (as expected) but also a short walk to nearby bus stations (not expected) about 7-10 mins depending on which bus you took to get to the bus/train station. Room - There are three separate buildings you can live in. I was in building 3 and my room looked a little old. The air con wasn't working, I had to turn it off because the heat button didn't work at all. The bathroom tub/shower area had some mold spots but otherwise it was clean. Bedding and linens were soft and clean. Lightening was very bad, basically only 4 tiny overhead lights and 1 desk lamp. Amenities - mini fridge was handy, so was the kettle. Service - staff was nice and helpful at checkin / checkout. Overall I'm surprised it's a Ramada. I don't think I would stay again but for the price it is acceptable for a night.

The breakfast is different from last year. This time it is a set meal with a variety of flavors and items. However, there are some that I personally don’t like, haha🤭! Is it a picky eater? That’s okay too! Now only coffee is provided, not self-service like last year. The Hualien area has subsidized travel subsidies starting from June 24. However, we booked a room from a third platform, which is already the lowest discount. Naturally, we cannot enjoy the travel subsidies provided by the government again. The entire accommodation experience is really good and well worth the money! Everyone should come to Hualien to travel more and promote economic development. Don’t be afraid to come to such a beautiful place because of the earthquake. A little complaint: It is a non-smoking room, but it still smells of smoke. Last year, I had the same situation as the hotel. The same situation happened again this year. I am really speechless😓!

After check in, there are still some small ideas for reference: First, the lobby on the first floor is very clean, the cafe is very clean, must be the result of hard staff cleaning! But it is strange that the public toilet on the first floor is not big, but the toilet trash can is full of toilet paper (all full to the floor) but no one cleans it. Is it strange? Second, before check-in, everyone said that the service staff here is very enthusiastic, ㄟ...... is not bad! But I didn't feel the enthusiasm! When I checked in, the counter lady gave me a formal explanation (I looked up at them, no smile!)
