Love the Seaview and it's a short walk to the beach. Breakfast is tasty and hotel staff were friendly. A great stay though it was short 👍😊

Location is not near to train station as it is near beach! But got free shuttle to railway station! Staffs are all very helpful, nice and welcoming! The beach is really pretty! Breakfast food is tasty too! Room amenities are also great! Not the first time staying here! Will choose here again because the service is just great! Provides snacks and drinks in lobby/cafe of hotel!

Good location and good breakfast

The service is very good, there is free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station or airport, and the staff are very kind and friendly. The free bicycle rental service is even more surprising. Don’t underestimate the leisurely lady bicycle. It is very smooth and easy to ride, and you can ride it even uphill.

Every one of their staff is friendly, polite, and has a great service attitude. 👍 Our room was on the 5th floor and had a beautiful sea view. 👍 We took the train to Hualien, and the hotel had a car to pick up/drop off at the train station. 👍 The breakfast buffet includes Chinese and Western styles, and the restaurant staff works hard to constantly replenish hot food that is cooked right away. 👍 The rooms, restaurants, and cafes are all very clean and hygienic. 👍 My husband is British and their manager is fluent in English and grew up in a foreign country.

The service is very good. I was asked via Whatsapp a few days ago if I need pick-up or drop-off. The room is clean and tidy, facing the beach. The lobby provides a cafe for guests to chat and provides coffee, soda, tea bags, biscuits and other snacks.

I went to stay with my family. The service staff were very enthusiastic and the family was in a good mood for traveling. They couldn't bear to leave. The room was also clean and tidy. From the top floor, you can see the entire coastline, which is very beautiful and it is only 50 meters away from the sea. , very convenient, the window looks like a landscape painting

The hotel staff are as kind and courteous as ever! The rooms are as clean as ever! Of course the sea view is as good as ever!! It is still the only choice when going to Hualien every year!!

This time I chose a double room with a balcony on a high floor facing the sea. The best thing is that I can watch the sea from the balcony, watch the sunrise from the bed, and look at the distant mountains. I feel very good. Parking is convenient, and the hotel also provides bicycles for walking around. The CP value is high.

This is a must-stay hotel when traveling to Hualien every year. The staff in the lobby are friendly and helpful.
