Highly recommended, location is convenient. Service staff helped us to get driver for our day trip to taroko gorge.

The hotel staff has a good attitude. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the overall hotel exterior and lobby decoration are a bit old. The hotel's breakfast buffet is average.  The location of the hotel is average, there are no large shopping malls or restaurants nearby, only convenience stores.

The location is close to the city and parking is very convenient. There is a big Lego in the room, which is a plus because the children can play with it while waiting for their turn to take a bath. They do not have to watch the TV or mobile phones. The educational entertainment is great.

We stayed at this hotel for whale watching and surprisingly it was awesome! The room is comfortable and clean. The service attitude is good! You can rent a motorcycle at the hotel and ride it to the night market. I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Hualien~ If I come to Hualien next time, I will come back to stay at this hotel with a high cost performance!

Clean, comfortable and quiet

It feels good. I have stayed here twice. The living functions nearby are convenient. There is a 7-11 on the left in front. There is a buffet, breakfast shop, beef noodles, and parking in the basement on the right of the door.

The beds need to be strengthened

Parking is inconvenient😩The indoor parking height is below 160cm, and the service staff is not very clear😓 (whether our small SUV can park) and asked us to go and park it😩Oh my God‼ ️(If the car gets stuck and breaks down, I don’t know who will be held responsible😓) I asked him what if the car stops and gets stuck? She replied to me that if you are worried, you can park in the nearby flat parking lot (across the street that cooperates) 😩It turned out that all the guests had parked their cars across the street, and no one dared to try to park 😭ps Every time I go out, I have to inform the hotel 10 minutes early when I return‼ ️ Another thing that makes me uncomfortable is that although we are promoting environmental protection and not providing disposable hygiene products, hand soap can also be placed on the bathroom sink in a non-disposable manner 😮💨 Otherwise, it would be strange to ask guests to buy it themselves (there are non-disposable items such as shower gel and shampoo hanging on the wall in the bathroom) This is the first time I feel dissatisfied with staying in an unhappy hotel in Hualien 😮💨

The service is very good. They read all the notes and helped us to reach our goals. The room is also very clean. Overall it is very good.

The hotel's facilities are very novel, the supplies provided are very clean and sanitary, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. It will be on my check-in list next time I have the opportunity to visit Hualien.

In order to have a wedding banquet, I like that it is not crowded in the city. You can park your car on the roadside. There is a small restaurant diagonally opposite which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich, including Chinese and Western coffee, fresh milk, bread, cream, jam and salad!

The price is cheap, the location is convenient, and the staff is very friendly. I will consider staying here next time I come to Hualien. However, hygiene needs to be improved. I found a piece of dental floss on the coffee table that had not been cleaned.

The environment is clean, the hotel is in a good location, and the supermarkets nearby are convenient for shopping. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is loud and the pillows are a bit too soft. Overall, it was a good experience and I would choose to stay here again
