Comfort Inn & Suites IAH Bush Airport - East Reviews

The room is quite old and need renovation. The reception lady is not really friendly but the breakfast lady is very good. The facilities in hotel need repair such as lift button all spoiled till cannot pressed normally which is dangerously to guests. (Photos attached) The breakfast is good enough. The wifi is bad. The hotel shuttle bus is not available as shown in hotel info. So guests has to call uber myself. So hotel should delete it out from hotel info so guests who need airport transfer will consider it carefully.

Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken, no water bottle provided in room. Front office was very helpful and assist me in airport free drop early in the morning.

Location is good for transit passengers who need free shuttle service from and to the airport. The suite room was clean and spacious. It has bedroom and living room. All good except breakfast. They had no coffee. Guess someone forgot they had run out of coffee. At 6am, when breakfast started, food was rolling out. Breakfast was not fully ready. But I have to say, I enjoyed breakfast - minus coffee. Waffles, yogurt, pastries, bananas, sausages 5*, bread, bagels, OJ, scrambled eggs. I have no problem using this hotel again. The price was right. The breakfast just needed fixing.

There is no hair dryer available in my room. But everything is okay… I’m satisfied with my stay and recommendable..

We stayed there for a night before our early flight at IAH. The room is clean and worth for money.

A budget hotel close to Bush Airport, very suitable for a one-night layover. The room is large and the bed is big and comfortable. There is an affordable breakfast in the morning, which basically meets the needs. Uber taxi is about 12🔪, and the hotel airport free bus needs to be communicated and booked by phone.

I stayed here for transit. The room was clean, although it was a little old. There is a shuttle bus available, which is convenient.

The hotel smells a lot of cigarettes even though it is a 100% smoke-free space. It was very cheap at 40 USD, but you have a bad night with all that cigarette smell.

Very dirty hotel, definitely needs renovation, no amenities, not even water in the room, you have to go to the first floor. Difficult communication with the staff
