There is no hair dryer available in my room. But everything is okay… I’m satisfied with my stay and recommendable..

We stayed there for a night before our early flight at IAH. The room is clean and worth for money.

I didn't have towels in my room, or extra sheets for the pull out couch. There were used, napkins behind my bed.

When I woke up in the morning, I took the first shuttle bus to the airport at 5 o'clock. Overall, I was very satisfied. Highly recommended.

The hotel only had one attendant, and it advertised that there was an airport shuttle bus, but it actually didn't. In the event of a hurricane power outage, the hotel didn't even have a backup generator, and the hotel was completely dark. The hotel actually said that they were not responsible for items missing from the room. Starting from the 7th, breakfast was not even provided; I checked out early on the 9th, but there was no waiter at the hotel. Because of the power outage, some people were in the lobby and said they had been sitting in the lobby and no waiter had come.

The service is not good. The airport pick-up bus didn’t come for a long time. I took a taxi to the hotel.
